Jin Mingze gave the contract and its copy to Ye Shuxin for her to sign.

"Since I am your 'temporary wife', that means I can still have intimate actions with you, right?" Ye Shuxin said, gazing at the contract before she placed it on the coffee table.

"That's not exactly what's written on the contract." She went and bravely sat on his lap, moving into his personal space with just the right look of heat in her eyes. She stroked her finger on his chest, "You see, the exact words written there is... 'YOU are not allowed to touch me without MY permission'. That means I don't need your permission to touch you."

He stared back at her, unmoved. He was looking at her, scrutinizing her.

"Well? Am I not right?" She held his hand and leaned to him, their faces only breath away.

Jin Mingze's usual slouch had been replaced by a stiff mannequin pose when Ye Shuxin placed his hand on her breast, "Do you like it?"

She was confident enough to use her body to seduce him by using his manly desires against him.

He was looking blankly at her, not moving his hand away as he straightforwardly said, "They're not Chen Rui's breasts."

She ended up pouting as she pulled away from him, "You're no fun. You're a mood killer."

"I never said that I was fun in the first place." He watched her get off his lap.

She sighed heavily. How can a man like him be unmoved with her charms?

She went and sat beside him instead. "What kind of woman was she?"

By knowing what kind of woman she was, maybe she could change her way of seduction and plan something out instead.

Jin Mingze didn't answer at once, he was just looking at the picture frame that was on his desk.

Ye Shuxin noticed it. She was curious, she wanted to see how beautiful his ex-wife was to be able to make a stone cold-hearted man like him fall for her.

"Can I see that?" She asked for his permission. She didn't want to be rude by going there and looking at it all at once just because of her curiosity.

"Mm." He nodded a bit, "Give it to me."

"..." This man... he really has to nerve to order her to it, doesn't he?

She didn't like to argue with him so she went and took the frame. She looked at the photo and was surprised when she saw the woman in the photo.

Jin Mingze was inspecting her every expression carefully,

"This..." She looked at him and frowned, "I don't remember marrying you."

He raised a brow at what he said, "That's because it's not you."

"Well yeah, we may look alike but her features are gentler than mine." She walked back to him and handed him the frame.

"You were asking me earlier about what kind of person she was..." He trailed off, looking at the photo. "She's the total opposite of you."

"Wow. Thanks, man." She pouted.

She felt her heart tightening for some reason as she watched him gaze longingly for the woman in the photo.

Why was she even feeling envious? It was not like she has already developed feelings for him, okay?

"The opposite of me is... She must have come from a rich family, a well-bred woman, sophisticated I guess? Uh... soft-spoken, conservative, and gentle too? Are those right?"

"Hnn. That's the kind of person she was." He looked at her, "So you can't be related to her."

She ended up chuckling, "She's a total princess I guess. This kind of reminds me of that Barbie movie. You know, Princess and the Pauper."

"I don't watch Barbie."

"..."
