In the great forest of Jura, many monsters were moving silently. These forces were under the command of Akamaru. They have been given a special task to patrol throughout the forest without disturbing anyone. Each of them were carrying a special type of leaf, which was designed by Makima. In case of emergency they will just have to, send their magicules through the leaf and it will notify all the other forces along with the dryads. This was a precaution taken by Makima in order to avoid unnecessary trouble. Although, she could easily keep the track on the entire forest if she wants to, doing so will make her people dependent on her. And she didn't want that. That's why she has given them responsibilities in order to defend the town.

On the other hand Makima was doing the last minute inspections of the barrier around their town. Shuna will be responsible for controlling the barrier while Veldora will be responsible for providing it with magicules.

She has mixed the properties of unlimited inprisonment into the barrier, making it even more powerful.

Ever since the news about the orc disaster has reached Makima, he has been working non stop in order to make sure that she would be the one with most profits from this conflict.

Although Veldora has advised her to take it easy, she was relentless. There were many reasons behind it.

First of all, Makima didn't want the unwanted attention of the strong demon lords like The lord of the darkness in the north or Milim nava. She doesn't know their nature. She doesn't know how they treat and view others.

So she didn't want to take unnecessary risks in the upcoming conflict.

Since they are immortal, they can always take their sweet time to fuck later. But now, the most important part was to gain maximum from this kind of conflict.

That was Makima's argue to Veldora.

So the otaku Dragon was not disturbing her during her work.

Hakuro was training their troops very seriously. Especially a certain hob goblin with a shit tone of potential. The construction work has been slowed down, due to half of the orcs leaving their works. After they learnt about the news of orc disaster, almost half of them voluntered to join the fight. And Makima agreed. She didn't mind if the construction was stopped for a few days.

They have been trained by Hakuro, and became a part of the City defence for the time being.

Kurobee along with the dwarf brothers were busy preparing for the battle gears for everyone. Infact they created a revealing outfit for Makima after they got a request from Veldora himself. But when Makima saw the bunny suit, she put up a facade of becoming really angry. After all, they have even made a butt plug with a bunny tail attached to it, without even knowing where it will go. She destroyed it immediately in front of everyone. At least she pretended destroying it and stored it away in her stomach.

After that Veldora got punished with no food for that day punishment. It was a rather cruel fate, considering the crime was not that severe. Of course she was planning to punish him even more in their bedroom after wearing the outfit. She forgave everyone else mixed in the conspiracy, fearing that they might not listen to Veldora's erotic ideas in the future in the fear of punishment. Obviously they gave a good excuse that it was not their fault and they were just following orders.

The small monster town in the middle of the forest of Jura was ready for the war.

"The lizard man tribe will integrate with the monster town under the rule of lady Makima. As the guardian diety of the town, every single tribe member will receive the blessing of lord Veldora.

The lizard men or women, who will directly join our town as the subordinate of lady Makima will receive names. In exchange they will be forever loyal to lady Makima.

The internal affairs of the tribe, will be still under the control of the chief of the tribe. But there will be some changes. The fish and herbs harvested from the lake sis will be only sold to the monster town. A part of the lake sis will be used to grow, black monster rice. Ofcourse the tribe will be provided with a portion of these harvests.

The lizardman tribe will have to follow some mandatory rules of the monster city.

Rule no 1, No infightings. In case of quarrels and disagreements, you are not allowed to fight with each other. You must solve your quarrels with words. A system will be put in the future which will take care of other's quarrels.

Rule no 2, Don't look down or bully the other races. I don't want you to get ahead of yourself just because you gained a little strength.

Rule number 3, don't attack humans. Atleast not until they attack you first. And try not to kill them if possible.

Rule number 4, The chief of the tribe, will have no authority over the lives of your tribesmen who choose to directly join our city and pledge their loyalty to Makima sama. Anything regarding those individuals will not considered as the internal affair of your tribe.

These are the four rules that are non negotiable."

Soui closed the scroll. Makima has not added many conditions in the scroll.

"Considering the speed of the orc army, they will reach here by tomorrow noon. I hope you will have the answer ready before that. Regardless of your answer, the fight will happen on the shore of the lake sis."Soui said crisply.

"We do not want the forest to get damaged. So it would be better if we contain the damage here." Beta, the dryad with Souei said in a monotonous voice.

"I understood. We will prepare the answer before evening." The chief of the lizard man tribe replied. He knew that they don't have any other choice but to accept their conditions. And considering all the conditions they have been told, overall they wouldn't lose much by accepting these conditions. As the chief of the lizard man tribe, he would lose some power. But that was nothing compared to what they would lose if he didn't accept the offer.

So the answer was obvious and it was to join their side. But accepting it immediately will not give them any advantage in the negotiation.

So he deliberately asked for sometime to reply. On top of that, since Gabiru, his son has gone to The monster town, he wanted to confirm the tale of the oni from his son's mouth as well.

After they delivered the message, both Souei and Beta left the place. Beta went back to her sisters while Souei went to his master in order to make a report.
