After hanging up, William glanced at Valeria and said sarcastically, "Look at you, when have you become so bad-tempered? You're even shouting at your dad now? I can't help but wonder if you will do the same to my dad as well in the future. Where is your sense of respect, Valeria?"
"It's not like that William, I'm just too angry. It's just so frustrating that every time they had to cause us trouble." Valeria didn't deny, "I wouldn't dare shout at your dad, though. After all, he looks menacing, and I'm afraid he'll make me pay if I do."
"What did you just say? Can you repeat it?" William smirked at Valeria.
At this, Valeria took a step back and stuck out her tongue, "Oops! My bad. I should call him our dad, and I'll definitely keep that in mind now. It was just a slip of the tongue. I swear, it won't happen again!"
