CHAPTER ONE : THE LOST DREAMER.

PROLOGUE

Death, the fruitless promise, the unknown cry with a cold, silent and lonely stare, when you look at it and reject it's power, that moment you are no longer lost, you no longer are a dreamer.

The almighty is ever present, when he shows you his secrets you will choose not know no more, only on seeing his face.

Have you ever felt like you are being drawn to abyss, drowning and trying to reach for light, that was how it felt as I was being dragged deep down into the water by creatures of the sea, they had hands like a man but their hands gave no sensation of touch, their pull felt like a force and it pulled me down as I tried to escape, I couldn't, I could no longer stand it's face, always feels like a reject memory, one that reminds me not to go back to it, I was losing consciousness and that moment a hand reached inside the water and with the last strength in me I grabbed it as it pulled me into the light and finally I could breathe.

I found myself on a great and elevated rock in the middle of nowhere, before me was a huge faceless being with both it's palms facing forward towards me, the appearance of this being was so great I was instantly terrified, I tried turning back but to my biggest shock I was still facing this being, no matter where I face, left or right, front or back, I was still in the presence of this entity that had no face.

Knowing I had no choice but to deal with this, I looked forward as that's the only way possible for me to go, on the right palm was a hand that led to a brightness at the end of the hand, a bright and disturbing light that called to me and on the left was a cold and dark presence, it had a feeling full of mysteries that overwhelmed me as I stared, I looked at the right hand again and it was calling to the sight and so I walked on that arm, the right arm, as I walked I looked down but down was only a reflection of the skies above yet I feared not, I walked through that arm to the end of it and I walked into the light, what came next was warmth, what came next was a beating sound, then I knew I was no longer lost in dreams.

Out here is the land called the fishers land. They are fishers here, most of them anyway, kids like Fitz and his friends just run around all day playing because there was always food, shelter and security here for them, Fitz has a bestie, his name is Eden, they were notorious for always attempting to leave the Fishers boarders, but they were always caught, until one night, Fitz deviced a very good plan for their escape, Fitz above all things is a scientist and the both of them shared endless curiousity in common.

They executed Fitz's plan and they escaped without notice while everyone slept, they escaped through a boat as the Fishers land is an island like most of the lands on the Earth, Eden was the boatman as they were excitedly exploring for the first time, areas beyond their boarders. They looked up to the night sky and it was so beautiful, filled with stars, it is amazing how looking at one view but from a different location could tell a whole different detail, for a moment Eden just stopped steering and they layed side by side watching the heavens together, letting the current carry them.

"It's different, what do you see?" Fitz asked his bestie.

" Another facet of a divine art, it's beautiful" taking his eyes off the skies to Fitz who was steering focused at the heavens.

" What do you see Fitz?" Eden asked him.

" I see the universe drifting far away, with every moment it's like we are never in the present, under the shadow of the cosmos, a present we are trying to catch up to, I feel like one day the present may have drifted too far away from us that all what we are in the past becomes just memories, memories that was never experienced, memories of a universe that is beyond reach, I know you not so into philosophy but...." Fitz paused after noticing the breath of his friend on his shoulder, Eden was already fast asleep, Fitz stood up and steered them even farther, two 14 year olds brave like ever before at the face of their glorious achievement, as he moved further down the river he saw massive ships, big and tall as buildings, they were approaching their little boat, they are pirates from the super cities, Fitz in fear turned them back home at once, steering as hard and fast as possible for a teenager, he wanted to save them but more importantly in a heroic way so that his bestie never notices.

So he tried also to be gentle and fast, he was very close to dorking and having them safe when he heard their ships prepare their weapons, aiming at them, they fired at them, one of the ships, a smoke bomb and luckily for them, it missed them, Fitz carried Eden from the boat after dorking and he almost woke him, he knew he couldn't go far if they had such weapons, he has read alot about their weapons, advanced and are of mass destruction, but he knew about them to their last details especially smoke canons, he knew that on the slightest contact with water the bomb is nullified so quickly he built for them a small tent made of hard but water absorbent woods, the woods were really soaked and were perfect to nullify the smoke bombs, he hid them there and as they approached them with their ships and canons facing them, they fired, the loud explosion woke Eden, he was worried as to why they were being attacked, Fitz kept him silent, hoping above all they survive the night, their smoke bombs were rendered useless by his tent and they were shocked.

Little did Fitz know they were prepared beyond just smoke bombs, they came with wind canons, knocking away the tent in one shot and they beamed their torch on them and was about to blast them until they were ordered by their captain to stop.

"Hold fire!" the captain of the pirates said as he came down the ship to meet with what surprisingly was two teenagers who managed to nullify their smoke bombs in minutes, he ordered that they be taken and that the land be destroyed.

"Wait! wait!!, you cannot destroy our walls!" Fitz yelled out to the captain who ordered they hold fire .

"Explain yourself kid" The captain said

" The fishers land have solid defenses that your smoke bombs cannot penetrate!" Fitz yelled out and the captain laughed out loud and walked even closer to them with both of them so terrified their legs were shaking so visibly.

" Do you know just how many a land we have conquered with them?" The captain said to Fitz, he finds him brave and interesting and is the reason he even entertained him.

" Maybe not, but I am a fourteen year old kid who defended myself from it, you need to trust me that you would be wasting time and resources on those walls" Fitz

" Hmmm, why are you telling me this?" The captain said now more interested in what Fitz has to say.

"Take me" Fitz said and Eden interrupted

" What? No! hells no, what are you doing Fitz, we need to go back home, together." Eden.

" Looks like your friend disagrees" The captain

" But he is useless ok, I was the one who built the tent, in minutes I came up with a plan to do all that, he was asleep all through, until your canons woke him, just spare him and our land, let him go back to his family, please " Fitz begged and Eden was speechless, he began to sob, it was hard for him but Fitz had to, it was what he could do to make sure he was a hero to him, the captain was convinced and saw the importance of the boy and so he took Fitz, sparing his best friend and his land, Eden stood there, watched as they took his best friend into their mighty ships, Fitz also stood on one of the ship with the captain watching as Eden sobbed and was also watching him as they went so far apart that they both could no longer see each other again.
