The battle had been won, the bugs had been pushed back. The Federation had created another outpost that was better arm and protected. The bugs were falling back they had lost many but their true number remain unknown to the Federation. They wondered if this was their full force but were reluctant to believe that their enemy had launched a full head attack on the outpost. All round the Federation space citizens and civilians could be heard roaring with their lungs out.

Matthew told his men to relax that they had won the battle and soon they might win this world from the bugs. Thousands of infantry man could be seen pouring into the new base several started going around killing any bugs that had been to injured to run way. The Battle had created piles upon piles of dead bugs, their bodies filled with bullet holes their green blood staining the ground. Puddles of blood could be seen everywhere so much that several small streams could be seen forming making it seen like little rivers of blood running threw the ground. The federation had started to clean the battlefield it would be a hard task but it needed to be done if they where going to make this outpost into a landmark. The turning point of the war, the might of humanity vs the bugs.

Soon Matthew was called into a newly build office. Soon enough he reached the office inside he was greeted by The CN's along with several high ranking officers of the Federation. "Hello Matthew you have done a great service to the federation". Many of the officers started to talk to him telling him how he had done such a wonderful thing and that he was being made a general of the now new base. Soon enough the officers left him alone with the CN's. " looks like you have out done yourself this time matt, we are here to tell you that due to rising interest you will be going on alone for the next several missions like you have been doing. We hope you are able to reach our level someday the things you could do will shock you. Soon one of the federations soldiers will find the brain bug and the mission will be over. "

Matthew was shock he started to wonder if he had done something that had made him a outcast to the CN's. Sure giving them a weird name and forgetting their names could be one thing but he did not think it was enough for him to be isolated from them . " Did i do something to make you guys leave me alone". Matthew started asking them one quickly replied "No its because your weak and we are to strong. The battle here is proof of that because we were here GOD made it harder and harder to progress soon you would have been overwhelm but since we did not fight and we were in the background it was not to big of a change". He had wonder about that this battle was supposed to be a failure of rico's man but rather it had become a great victory. All since the start of the mission it had continued to increase making it harder and harder.

Matthew look towards the portal it was a beautiful such small thing had allowed him to lived this wonderful experience of fighting for his life with others, he could see how it was becoming better and better for him his old life now only a memory he wonder how his parents were doing. He had not talk to them for almost five years not since the big Christmas fight over one of Matt's exes. He had been wrong but was to proud to say otherwise, he knew that they were ok his little sister would take care of them.

He enter the portal and he was greeted by empty space, the CN's had truly left him now. All alone with the universe to explore any movie or game, or tv show, the sky was the limit. But for now he needed to rest.
