Chapter 4 - You threaten me?

Elena POV

I was at my job interning for the hospital as Aurora said she wanted to cook dinner, Jeremy was at Lacrosse practice as I was about to leave.

Elena: Thanks Mrs. McCall.

Melissa: No problems Elena, you have a good night.

I turned in my clip board as I grabbed my jacket and bag.

I was heading to the exit as I know tomorrow is time I made a point to the Alpha Pack.

Next Day

I was leaving class as I head home early to see Derek and the wolves I saved from the Alphas when I get a call from Aurora.

Elena: Hello?

Aurora: So where are you going in a hurry?

Elena: To check on the wolves that we saved yesterday.

Aurora: You want me to tag along?

Elena: No, I have a feeling the Alpha twins are going to pull something so you and Jeremy stay at the school to monitor them.

Aurora: Alrighty then.

I hung up to walk to my car to pull out of the school to drive to Derek as I arrived at the building he's staying at.

I walk in to see a giant door as I walked in to see Cora working out as I leaned on the wall.

Elena: Well I see your doing fine, and don't stop on my account cause I'm enjoying the view really.

Cora: W-What are you doing here?

Elena: Checking on you plus I left Aurora and Jeremy to deal with the twins at school.

Cora: Well, I need you to talk to Derek.

Elena: Why?

Cora: Cause he won't let me go after them.

Elena: I'm with Derek, why would you want to throw yourselves at them?

Cora: Cause they almost killed us.

Derek: Well you should be resting first off.

Derek walks out.

Cora: I'm fine.

Elena: No, your angry and from my personal experience where my enemy from my past was too powerful but I got stronger to prove I can kill them anytime I want, you just have to be patient.

Cora: Yeah well when your brother becomes a Alpha and building a pack as you wait for news on that to be thrown into a vault for three months for this.

Derek: Sorry to be a disappointment.

Then the alarm went off.

Cora: What's that?

Derek: Trouble.

Then I turned around to the door opening to reveal Ennis growling but I grabbed Cora she was gonna charge in.

I walked up to Ennis as he swung at me as I side stepped to kick his knee to make him bend down to put a blade to his throat.

Elena: Move an inch and your dead.

Kali walked in with her eyes red and her sharp teeth showing but she looked at me holding Ennis.

Elena: Make one move and he dies.

Kali stopped walking as Deucalion walked in.

Deucalion: Impressive, will stop moving to chat now.

Elena: Deucalion, you want Derek to kill his pack and join you but that's not gonna happen so take your pack and leave.

Deucalion: Who do you think you are?

I look at him and Klaus is stronger than him so not really scared.

Deucalion: I am the apex of apex predators, I am destroyer of worlds, I AM THE DEMON WOLF!?

Then the storm happened to then break his glasses.

Elena: Nice light works but get the hell out.

As I motioned with the knife.

Deucalion: Fine, you've made your point, will go but Derek will join us or will make him.

I pushed Ennis forward as he growled.

Deucalion: No Ennis, we've delivered the message.

They began to leave as I put my knife away as I turned to them.

Derek: That's what they want?

Elena: Yes, it's how they work.

Cora: So what now?

Elena: Send them home or send them to live with me.

Derek: Fine, it's the only way.
