New Home, New Friends, New Worries II

The team departs with a reluctant Raven to go on a shopping trip. The first stop is a boutique store for Ditto's Starfire form.

"Come friend Ditto, this is the store of my favorites! Let us begin the changing!" Starfire exclaims with glee, before dragging Ditto away without a word to a clothing rack where Starfire uses them as a dress-up doll for a couple of hours before they settle on a certain outfit.

The outfit finally settled on begins with black sneakers, before going up to black and white pants, where black covers the hips and shins with white on the thighs and cuffs at the bottom, with a silver belt. Above her midriff, a black crop top covers her chest with the same neck cover as Starfire but with a black choker on top. Lastly, a silver armband covers her right upper arm and the arm bracelets Starfire normally wears are replaced with black and silver armguards with black fingerless gloves. To top it all off Ditto's hair is ruffled up a bit to help make the look distinct.

"So, what do you all think?" Ditto asks with a twirl of excitement.

"Lookin' pretty good little lady!" Cyborg exclaims.

"I like the black," Raven comments while looking up from her book.

"It is quite a glorious look friend Ditto!" Starfire says with a hug.

"It looks pretty good on you. I especially like the arm guards." Robin says with a slightly blushed smile which he hides by looking away.

"Dude! You look awesome! I'm next!" Beast Boy cheers, as he drags along Ditto.

"Wait a sec BB, I got to change before I shift first!" The team hears Ditto say as they're dragged away.

The team follows behind to see Beast Boy draging Ditto into another shop down the way that specializes in diving suits. Where the two spend half an hour sifting through the clearance section before Beast boy comes out of the shop saying, "Ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you... The new, sleek and stylish, totally irresistible Beast boy 2.0, Ditto!"

Ditto emerges as Beast Boy, but with a white skin suit with short sleeves and a deep dark purple covering their ribs, underarms, biceps, belt, and boots. Completely removing the gloves and long sleeves Beast boy usually wears. Making Ditto ask with a flexing motion, "So, how do I look?"

"Totally awesome, as we always do!" Beast Boy says with pride.

"Not bad Double T!" Cyborg says with a high five.

"Yeah, the suit seems really good, but we're definitely going to have to reinforce it later." Robin comments.

"Agreed, it is quite an intriguing clothing choice," Starfire says with a smile.

"You'd look pretty good if it wasn't for Beast Boy's face ruining it." Raven quips to Beast boy.

"Fine, if you can do so much better, why don't you dress Double T!" Beast boy challenges Raven.

"Then that's what I'm going to do, can't do any worse than Beast Boy," Raven says with a smug smile grabbing Ditto's hand and leading them towards their favorite Gothic Speciality Store, though not before a sliver of Ditto's thoughts trickle in through the contact. An empty blankness coupled with an oddly familiar sense of control, or perhaps restraint, floods into her mind space before it disappears and the two enter the store.

The two begin trying on a variety of cloaks and leotards, though each color, pink, red, grey, violet, and yellow, all received a quick shake from Raven until an idea struck her, "Come here let's try this." Pulling Ditto along into the back of the store's changing room. And after several minutes Ditto emerges in a full black bodysuit. with black thigh-high boots, fingerless gloves, a black cloak, and a similar jeweled cloak pendant and belt.

"So, what does everyone think?" Ditto asks in an aloof manner.

"Wow..." Beast boy mumbles under his breath with a slight blush before coughing and saying, "You look alright." Followed by a nervous laugh and looking away in embarrassment.

"I really like the black," Raven says having noticed Beast boy's blush, and looks away having forgotten their earlier argument as a faint blush fills her cheeks.

"It is indeed quite fitting friend Ditto," Starfire exclaims.

"You look great Double T! Makes me look forward to our refit, come on!" Cyborg cheers before Robin steps in.

"Hold on Cyborg, I think I already found the right outfit. It should only take a moment." Robin continues as he takes Ditto back to change.

"No prob, just hurry up, my paint guy should be closing up soon!" Cyborg shouts out.

After a few moments Ditto emerges with Robin, wearing a black padded suit with a light blue forearm, and knee guards, with a black trench coat instead of a cape, as well as switching out the utility belt for a utility satchel strapped to their left leg. Finally, the black and white mask is replaced with a black mask using the same shade of blue as the suit pads for the eye covers.

"Don't worry Robin, I made sure to close my eyes when I switched out the masks." Ditto says as they emerge from the changing room, causing Beast boy and Cyborg to bust out laughing and Raven to have a slight under-the-breath snicker.

"Nice one!" Beast Boy finally says after catching his breath, making Ditto tilt their head.

"But... I wasn't joking?" Making Beast boy and Cyborg stop laughing as they look at each other, before laughing even harder.

"That makes it even better!" Beast Boy says barely able to catch his breath as Starfire and Raven move to circle Ditto as they examine their clothes.

"I like the trench coat," Raven says with a slight nod of approval.

"Agreed, your attire is most infatuating, more so even than a gralaks habfergin," Starfire says with a slight blush as Cyborg finally recovers and ruffles Ditto's hair.

"Come on, Double T! It's time to head to my paint guy!" Cyborg says, dragging Ditto along as the team follows close behind.

Rushing to make it across town to the mechanic's shop Cyborg likes to frequent getting in with minutes to spare.

"Who's there? I told you we're clos-. Cyborg? Come on in, lookin' for the usual? I was just about to close up shop, but you know where everything is." A slightly potbellied man in a mechanic's jumpsuit, with a bushy beard, starts to shout to the group before seeing Cyborg and waving him through.

"Thanks, Miguel, but actually I'm looking for a new look for my friend here!" Cyborg responds, pulling a shapeshifted Ditto forward to the group revealing a Cyborg twin to a very confused Miguel.

"Dios mío! Since when were there two of you?" Miguel asks in confusion.

"Fairly recent man, don't worry about it. Mind helping us out with some customization?" Cyborg says with a smile as he wraps his arm around Miguel.

"Hahaha! It's about time one of the Cyborg Familia listened to my advice. No problemo mío! I got you covered!" Miguel says with a laugh as he pulls Ditto to the back of the shop where the sound of hydraulics, power tools, spray guns, and a wide variety of Cyborg-esque noises emerge from the back of the shop before an hour passes and Ditto emerges.

All of Cyborg's white, black, and grey, coatings had been covered in a sleek, reflective black finish, with the lights of the bionics shifted to a golden amber light, and the red infrared ocular implant was also changed from red to a vibrant royal purple matching the new purple cape attached with golden clasps to his shoulders. Ditto then triggers their sonic cannon that charges up with the same amber light, "Booyah!"

"Booyah indeed mi hermono!" Miguel cheers as he wipes away some of the coating he got on his clothes.

"Woah... Dude, you look awesome!" Beast boy shouts as he runs around Ditto.

"Agreed you look like a King of the Gelwa Imperium!" Starfire says, lifting up the cape.

"Impressive, Ditto!" Robin says.

"Interesting, cape." Raven comments.

"Why aren't you a handsome devil?" Cyborg says giving Ditto a fist bump.

"Can't take all the credit, copied the best after all!" Ditto says making them and Cyborg laugh before the team returns to the Tower.

"Whew, ya'll. I'm starved who's ready to eat?" Ditto asks, still maintaining Cyborg's form.

"Took the words right out of our mouth!" Cyborg cheers, pulling out spices and seasonings as Ditto pulls out the rack of ribs that Cyborg left to marinate in the fridge. The two cooking seamlessly together.

"I'll pass. Good night." Raven calls before heading to her room.

"I've got a few ideas to help with Ditto's costume changes in the field. I'll be back down in a few hours to eat." Robin says, heading to his workshop.

"I shall stay and wait to enjoy the spoils of your effort," Starfire says before stretching out on the couch.

"Dude, you know I'm vegetarian! But I heard there's a fair happening in a few days at the pier so I think I'm going to look it up for us. Night guys!" Beast Boy says with a large yawn before heading to his room.

"Sounds good BB, more for us!" Cyborg says while licking his lips.

"You said it, brother!" Ditto says giving Cyborg a high five.

And with that, the Titans split up to do their own things and the smell of delicious ribs filled the Tower.
