“You are overexaggerating,” Armand croaked.

“You have no power right now. Crown Prince and Grand Prince, please excuse us. I need to deal with my mate,” Randale growled.

I dragged Ulysses out of Randale’s chamber, and we went back to our chambers. The early smell of dawn hit our noses. As soon as Ulysses opened the doors to our chambers, we stood staring at the early morning skies.

“Kloud, you are such a b*stard. Always selfish and unruly,” he seethed.

“You need to calm down. Just because I left you in bed does not mean that I do not care,” I retorted.

“What the f*ck did you do then?” He turned around, eyes blazing.

I stepped closer, but his hand on my chest stopped me. “Ulysses, right now is not the time to throw a tantrum.”

He growled at me, and our eyes blazed at each other. I felt his wolf growl at mine.

‘Our mate is angry.’ I heard my Lykos Lycan chuckle.

“You seem to have forgotten we are mates, Kloud.” Ulysses stood firm.
