Chapter 26  Freaked Out

In the President's office in Sali Group.

Jonathan saw Edmund leaning lazily on the executive chair when he entered the room. A coffee-coloured poodle sleeping on his lap.

The man gently stroked the puppy's fur.

There was a man kneeling down pathetically in front of Edmund who suddenly slapped himself hard. Jonathan recognized the man. He was Gavin Zayn, CEO of a company which was quite famous in Rosaville City.

The last time Jonathan saw Gavin was when the Hill's was almost bankrupt, and he begged him for his help. At that time, Gavin was so arrogant and didn't give a s*it of him.

Never did Jonathan expect that even the arrogant Gavin was so lowly in front of Edmund.

"Mr. Dawn, I was so wrong. I didn't know that it was your puppy. Please forgive me this time!"

Edmund ignored his pleas at all. So Gavin had no way but continued petting his poodle.

Jonathan's heart skipped a beat. Seeing this, he already knew what was happening.
