Sequence Twenty-two: Deino

In a small village on the southern outskirts of the Noir forest, wails and screams coming from multiple tormented mouths are heard everywhere, followed by the scattered howling and growls of wolves echoing throughout the place. Fire is spreading quickly and the people in town are in panic while the others are occupied on settling the fire caught by their houses and the remaining capable men are defending the village as they fight back on the attacking pack.

It’s the harvest festival so people tends to be busy the whole day around and also a perfect time for the wolves to commence a stealth attack, given that the village folks are occupied by the event and the veil of the night covering their presence.
