Taking charge

Sharon realized all it took was just confidence. She started getting invitations to track the

progress of some of the project she had drafted. And word spread at how good she was.

Companies wanted to hire her she could name her compensation. But Sharon turned all offers

down she loved being her own boss. That way she could spend as much time with her daughter.

Sharon life was now much better, she even helped her family. She had received a requested to

evaluate a project for Anderson groups. She had work several of their projects. But this was the

biggest project yet. When she got there the meeting had already started. She was given a

document and didn't even give it a glance, in conference room she listened to the evaluation of

the project by the project managers. She was so silent. Mr Anderson had already sent her the

project. And she could tell that there was something wrong with the project plan and the

implemented project.
