Senitsu and Sensen join the PSB officials for the conference while everyone is waiting for Ken, he left the meeting up to her, he doesn't even know it is today.

"Look, it's the Empress." Two girls passing by giggle at Senitsu who winks their way.

She wanted this message to be as public as possible and to have as many witnesses as possible so the news reporters won't even have the chance to twist a single word she used around.

The PSB all sit at the table waiting for Ken but Senitsu clarifies that Ken is dealing with something so she will be handling this meeting.

She clears her throat and addresses the crowd, "As you all know the level of crime has gone down in the past few weeks since the Royal guard have been placed in charge of keeping watch over the city, the Royal guard will continue operating, but so will the police officers."

The crowd murmurs while others cheer.
