Yelled a blonde haired young man who looked to be around 15-16 the young man was of decent stature, he wasn't to tall nor was he to short, The teen seemed to be of royalty evident from his expensive looking clothes, his posture and the way looked down upon both the two lackeys behind and the victim of the broken bone and his elegance, he had a well defined face beautiful yet handsome aqua blue eyes, he also carried a beauty mark under his left eye.

The name of this man was, Alexander Draconias(Pronounced: Dra-Cone-E-is if that makes sense) Son of the king of Draconia the nation of dragons, in Draconia seeing dragons was the norm for even typical person as everyone was descendant from dragons.

The reason this could happen was because of the raw Ater(Latin for dark) they had in them. See, in this world the saying without light there can not be darkness and vise versa is true, Dragons having the most Ater must be paired the beings with the most raw lux, humans It would have been elves but elves were descendants of humans and so the world deemed humans the rightful owner kinda like how the elder brother is chosen to be king over the younger one even if the elder brother is less mature.

Let me explain, In the body right next to the heart there is the Thunder cell, this is created by moving around a lot and suddenly becoming completely still, so still in fact that your cells don't move and stay right in place and due to them not moving that stops them from using the raw kinetic energy in them and then feel the energy and guide it towards your chest and then start moving again which creates a bunch of energy and due to these being times where fighting and war is a daily occurrence the body is made to instantly stop anything from harming it and this sudden burst of kinetic energy can harm you so it creates an ultra hard cell called the thunder cell made from the iron in our blood to absorb this raw kinetic energy and turn it into fuel for the body and to do this it connect vein like tubes to each and every one of our cells, the thing running through the vein like things called Iterian pathways is electricity and the thunder cell like are arms and legs can manipulated and so people are capable of using this lightning and some powerful people can use so much lighting in one small dense point so that it heats up the air so much that the break lose from their bonds and released as fire. it is also possible to use the electricity as an arm or so to grab the oxygen which stops it from moving to much if not completely which creates ice which can be chucked at other people created around someone so that they can freeze and what ever else.
