{Overall System remark: this weapon suits the host and the system recommend it.}

_Say no more, I want this!_ He yelled inwardly as he felt his heart swirl in happiness.

The realization of it being a planetary weapon further made Trigon happy of his choice and without mistakes he immediately choose to have it there and then.

_I have a planetary weapon in my hand! Maybe with the system, if I gather enough souls then I would be able to repair it!_ He thought with excitement.

"Have you chosen a weapon already?"

Suddenly, Lexmus appeared behind Trigon who was still lost in the thought of his gauntlet.

"Jeez, you almost scared me and yes, got a weapon." Trigon smile as he showed Lexmus the gauntlet.

"Oh... What a... What a nice gauntlet you have." He stutter as he saw the rusty gauntlet.

"But uh," Lexmus scratch his head as he pointed at the shelves with other gauntlet, "don't you think a new sleek gauntlet is better than an old rusty one? No one prefer grannies to young hot blooded ladies..."

"..."

"... Well except MILF." Lexmus added with an innocent look.

Finally both of them left the Arcane Armaments Emporium, heading back to their dormitories.

Lexmus, despite trying his best to dissuade Trigon from picking that gauntlets failed and could only give up with a sigh, even the old man was in support of Trigon's choice of weapon.

'You are indeed an odd one. Being able to see beyond what others can, you truly deserve the weapon.'

Those were the words said by the old man and despite Lexmus not understanding it, he decided to let it go.

"Still early in the day. What do you feel like doing with our free time?" Lexmus inquired of Trigon. With ample opportunity to wander the school grounds, he suggested seizing the chance to explore and perhaps engage more with their surroundings—well, at least that was the plan before Lexmus slyly hinted at mingling with the female—ahem, to learn more about the school, of course.

Trigon responded calmly, "I was actually contemplating a visit to the library. Might not be your cup of tea."

Rolling his eyes, Lexmus retorted, "Ugh, that sounds dreadfully dull. I can't even remember the last time I cracked open a book. Not a fan of reading, but oh well, let's go," he said with a sad dramatic sigh, eliciting a light chuckle from Trigon.

Finally, they both arrived at the library, which was already bustling with students.

It seemed that Trigon wasn't the only one who had the idea of visiting the library on the first day. As he looked around, he noticed several round, glowing objects placed on each table with chairs surrounding them.

These objects confused him, as they were not present in his previous school.

Lexmus, noticing Trigon's puzzled expression, decided to explain the purpose of these orbs.

"Those round blue orbs must seem foreign to you. It appears that they don't exist in your former school. Anyway, these orbs can create a telepathic link between anyone who touches them. With this technology, everyone can communicate without making noise in the library through their minds."

Trigon, amazed by the advancements in technology, responded, "Technology never ceases to amaze me."

"Pft, you haven't seen much yet I guess." Lexmus smirk with a look of someone who have seen more than this.

Trigon and Lexmus finally found a chair and sat on it, looking beside them, Trigon notice two other students with their eyes close and their hands on the orbs, it seems they were communicating and from what Lexmus said, it seems like it range is limit. Meaning if you leave the range then you will lose connection with the orb.

Finally, Trigon picked some books regarding surviving outside the school during missions and how to make a camp, scouting environment and signs of powerful beasts being close by in a environment.

Meanwhile, Lexmus with a bored expression went ahead and pick a novel titled, 'Re: Monster' sitting back and reading it.

After going through them, Trigon frown as he dropped them. Most of the knowledge he got from this books were already something he was taught back in his previous school.

Lexmus, noting Trigon's reading material, inquired, "What are you seeking?"

"Not much, just brushing up on mission strategies, camp setup, beast awareness, and hazardous area identification for upcoming missions, also maybe find some books i have never come across." Trigon replied, expressing his intent.

"And have you found what you're looking for?" Lexmus asked.

"Not really. It's all stuff I already know," Trigon replied nonchalantly.

"True, the school aims for hands-on learning experiences, which explains the high mortality rate at Federational Academy," Lexmus remarked.

Indeed the academy did not care if students die as to them only the ones who have gone through baptism of battle and blood are worth being nurture and respected with all good things.

"Wish I could have access to the second floor of the library." Trigon sigh as he stood up and also went to get some novels to read, passing the time with Lexmus as both of them sat silently, engrossed in their books.

After hours of reading, Lexmus finished his and left to explore other part of the school, leaving Trigon who finished his an hour later.

<Ding!>

The system suddenly echoes as soon as he closed his book.

[10 points has been given to host for expanding his knowledge regarding the universe.]

Trigon was shocked that he quickly open his interference to check.
