There are 2 males and 6 females including Eleifa as well. The two males and six females each have their unique design, race, and their looks.
But there's one thing that I'm pretty sure of, and that is their strength. Because it was easy to tell with their level and stats.
Out of the 7 familiar, all of them were at level 70. That's the minimum level of a familiar to evolve into a human base form.
If a familiar wants to reach their humanoid form, the familiar must reach a certain level.
The level and stats differ depending on the race that the familiar wants to evolve into. But there are 2 requirements that all familiars have to meet to reach the human base form.
The familiar must reach level 70.
The second requirement is that the player, the summoner themselves, needs to reach a certain level and have a sufficient amount of MP and Intelligence stats.
In other words, the familiar and the summoner need to work together to reach their goal.
However, in the case of a deleted character, they can't exactly go back to the main system of the game, which means the familiar can't exactly level up anymore. I mean I am not sure whether what I assume right now is true or not, but I should just ask Kaido about it later.
It would make me wonder what level Kaido is if he was still in the game, I'm sure that it is above 100+.
Well, I am getting sidetracked a bit, but all 7 families are now in front of me, and I would like to get to know all of them.
I would also like to thank Kaido for allowing me to join his faction and letting me stay at his base.
"I'm sorry that I have been making all of you wait, and now with all of you present, let me start the introduction," Kaido said.
Then the 7 of them introduced themselves. And without any delay, the first one to introduce himself was the male lizardman, and he was quite the energetic one.
"Hi, I'm Zarda, it's nice to meet you. I could handle all of the heavy work if you require me to. So don't hesitate to ask me." He said that and then laughed.
Zarda looks pretty much like the usual lizardmen in the game. But unlike the normal lizardman that you found in the game, this one is equipped with heavy armor and it seems like it is wielding a giant greataxe.
Next was the male beastman and he is the type of guy that would rather stay silent most of the time. But the moment he opened his mouth, it made me a bit surprised by his deep voice.
"I'm Kain, nice to meet you, just don't make a lot of noise here... understand? I hate loud noises, so don't even try." He said that, but it's pretty hard to take him seriously.
Well, maybe he was just having a bad day or something, who knows? But from Kain's equipment, I could tell that he was the one who did the stealth-type missions. Because all of his armor is light, and he was even carrying a dagger.
"Hello, I'm Lana, nice to meet you. We would like it if you could treat us the same way as you treat everyone else." Said the other wyvern maid, the female one.
The wyvern maids Lana and Eleifa seem to share the same appearance, and from what I could see, the only difference is their hair length.
I think I am going to get them confused, I wonder if they have their name written on their uniform somewhere. And surprisingly, there's a name tag on her maid uniform. Though it's a bit hard to notice. They were making me think that they probably were twins or something like that.
"Hey, I'm Risa, the most beautiful of them all. Nice to meet you and welcome." She said,
"My name is Aria, and please ignore Risa just now. As she is always trying to spout some untrue facts about herself."
"Ohh, shut up Aria! Why are you always being so annoying and rude all the time."
"It's not like what I have just said isn't true. Plus, I have every right to defend myself."
With that, both of them begin to argue against each other. It does make me smile for a bit as I look at them with their petty squabbles. It reminds me of all of those silly arguments I have with my siblings in the real world.
But by looking at them, they aren't wearing any maid outfits and their equipment is that of a warrior. With Risa wielding a claymore and Misa wielding a Zweihander. Making me think that they are both a warrior class familiar that deals quite the damage.
"Oh, don't mind them, the Drake siblings. They're always like this and will keep going for a while." Said the female familiar wearing a mage outfit, though I couldn't help but stare at her big bust size.
She has a mature-looking face and her outfit itself is making her look seductive. I would like to call her, the dark elf or maybe the succubus. But I'm sure that is not what her race is.
"Um, who are you?" I ask her.
"Ahh, excuse me for not introducing myself. I am the mage class, the Naga Lilith, nice to meet you. I would like it if we could talk more often." She said that with a smile. "It's a pleasure to meet you." She said that as she gave me a slight bow.
"Pleasure is mine, Lilith," I reply.
To be honest, I am quite surprised to learn that Lilith was a Naga type of familiar. But I could see why she has that seducer look, because the serpent race, specifically the snake is known for being the seducer.
Well, at least this place isn't as boring as I initially thought it would be.
After Lilith introduced herself, the next was the last female familiar and the last one that hadn't introduced herself yet.
"Hey, how's it going? I'm the only archer in the house and the fastest here. Name's Selestra, and welcome to the faction. I could help you out if you need any help." She said that to me.
But seeing how she was designed, the one that made her want to make a Loli joke. Well, not like I'm gonna do that anyway.
Her appearance does resemble that of a Loli, and the fact that she is small in height, makes her stand out among the others. But with that said, it doesn't mean that she's the weak one. That's for sure.
Though I wonder what kind of race she was. I could guess that she's one of the scaly-type races based on what I have seen so far. Most of the females are familiar with something related to scales.
Like Drake, Naga, Wyvern, and such... so she probably has something similar to that.
I do want to ask but I do feel like it's rather too rude to just ask that question when we just met each other.
"Well, it's nice to meet all of you, and thanks for the warm welcome."
I wonder if I could get along with this group, though I guess they're all nice people.
"We're happy that we have new people here, right Kain?" Risa said that.
"I suppose, but don't expect me to be friendly like the rest of you. It's just that I'm not a fan of new faces. So, if you would excuse me, I would like to be alone.
"Hahh... and here I was hoping to have a good time with everyone. You're such a pain, Kain." Aria said that.
Kain simply ignored the thing that had been said to him and walked away from us.
"I guess he's having a bad day, don't mind him," Lana said.
"Well, let's forget about him for now and focus on the newcomer." Said Zarda the lizardman.
And the moment Zarda said that I just realized something. Out of all of the familiars here, all of them look mostly like a human already. You couldn't tell a difference at all whether they were human or another race besides distinct features. Like tails or stuff like that.
From what I see, only Zarda appears to be pretty recognizable as he is still a lizardman with all of the scales. I wonder why that is? Could it be that he's the only one who doesn't meet the requirements to evolve?
And also about Kain… he stands out similarly to Zarda. As he's the only beastfolk familiar here. Which makes me question a few things about the one that created all of this familiarity before.
Yet I wouldn't be able to get that answer since I'm sure Kaido himself doesn't know the exact reason why the familiar was created that way.
Creation is hard, cheer me up!
I decided that it wouldn't be a daily update thing. I need to focus on my other work as well. It's especially the sequel to the Hero Ring Series.
Thus I make a decision to update 4 chapters per week.
However, it would change based on how well this story goes, if it is well received and people demand more... I would focus on this story a bit more.
