Back in the Auros Quarry, Lloyd and the others came back to the corridor where they had defeated the infernal horse as well as the hordes of elite goblins which were commanded by the bunch of elder werewolves. The bodies were still scattered on the ground, however, the goblins started on scavenging on the dead bodies to use it for their own personal gain. Since there were no werewolves controlling them right now, they could do whatever they want.
These creatures were quite crafty and liked keeping shiny things, so they even picked up the scattered soul orbs. Lloyd became angry upon seeing their loots being stolen by them. Without even hesitating, he quickly came out of hiding and swiftly dashed towards the goblin who was picking up a werewolf's soul orb and sliced it with the wraithslayer.
