CHAPTER 22

　　I couldn't fathom how much happiness I felt. Edde was suddenly calm around me and seemed to be careful with whatever he did around me. I felt overly confident with myself and was happy that I won't be treated like his asset again.

　　I gently pulled off the jumpsuit I wore as I watched him go through his phone. Now standing on my lingerie I lay back on the bed tiredly. Sometimes I get confused with how comfortable I am with being naked around Edde. Normally I should see it as a big deal that it is.

　　I yawned loudly as I stretched my hand and grabbed my phone "What are you doing so engrossed with your phone?" I asked, placing my head on the soft headboard.

　　"I am tryna order us dinner" he replied, still focused on his phone as I sighed.

　　"Don't worry about that, I will fix something better for us" I said as he raised his eyes at me.

　　"There isn't any food stuffs nor beverages in the fridge" he said as I hissed at his dumb response.
