Back in the exam venue, Belle has actually noticed that it is the spatial zone before Adam, but what is the spatial zone to him? It is a home, and the Door event has made him know that he can use the spatial zone energy to grow just like spatial zone monsters. So, he naturally feels he is at home where he has advantages.

"Just after Belle's thinking, the voice that introduced this exam phase to them came back again," I forgot to add that unlike the other exam where you have to think it to leave, this exam is totally different. You have to return to the starting point where you all gathered in the beginning after you were teleported here to leave," the voice said.

"Are they not taking it too extreme?" Chloe asked.

"They are not. The exam participants will be the ones who take it too extreme. If we can find out it is real, I bet others will too. If we and the others decide and give up, nothing will happen. But I know we won't, neither will the others," Greg said.

"Maybe we shouldn't go deeper. We should just return to the starting point, wait for others that went deep enough to hunt rhino monsters, and collect from them. I am pretty sure they will tire themselves out fighting monsters and will make it an easy kill for us," Ellaine said.

"Do you think you are such a genius that only you can think that? I think others will pretty much do. Maybe the main aim of this exam wasn't even to see us hunt rhino, but to see us fighting ourselves," Adam said.

"What do we do then?" Ellaine asked.

"If what I am thinking is true, they will let some rhino move to the outer part of the town to give us a good reason to fight ourselves," Adam said.

"If they really let a few rhinos out and some group manages to kill them, that will really be a reason to fight. The group that killed the rhinos though will be the ones in a more sorry state, as most will gang up on them to tear them first," Greg said.

"Okay, let me get this. You both are pointing out that camping and waiting for those that get rhino horn is not a great plan, and that going to kill the rhinos is not a great plan. Then how are we going to pass the exam?" Chloe asked.

"I don't think getting the rhino horn is all that is required to pass the exam. Yeah, it should be essential, but that should not be all," Adam said.

"Get ready, a herd of rhinos seems to be trooping our way," Belle, who hasn't been talking, looked back at the squad and said with a smile, catching them off guard with the news.

Meanwhile, deep inside the city, the squad posted to the spatial zone were trying their very best to hold back the rhinoceros that have suddenly gone into a rampage for some unknown reason. They did a test before with this spatial zone before the exam to confirm nothing will go wrong.

"Why are all the rhinoceros hellbent on breaking out to the outer part of the town now?" a girl of about nineteen years said as she tried to contain a rhinoceros. She was only a late-stage catalyst rank.

"We are just students. If we can't hold them back, we can just leave them. Maybe it is what the academy even wants," a boy that was not that far from her said.

"It was said to be a drill for the second years in the academy. Why is it now proving so hard?" another boy said not that far away. They have been keeping the rhinoceros in check for some time now, but due to the rhinoceros suddenly going into a rampage, a lot has escaped their ranks.

"I think there might be older students somewhere to take care of the rhinoceros that escaped our rank, or there will be the academy staff. The academy can't actually not make plans, would they?" another second-year student said.

"If they haven't made plans, then only a few of the examinees will survive. This is a catalyst level spatial zone, but I doubt those mortal stage kids can take on the monsters, not to mention that the monsters are going into a rampage and moving in herds," another student said.

Somewhere in shanty town, a young guy and a lady looked at each other, both not knowing what to say.

"Did the academy make any plans for something like this?" the lady finally asked.

"No," the young man said.

"Then there is really going to be casualties, I mean a whole lot of casualties. Even some year two will be involved if something is not done," the lady said.

"The year three cannot be sent neither the final years. The mass teleportation is already putting a toll on Maximus, so "He can't be getting them here soon. We just have to try to contain the damage," the young guy said. He was a disciplinarian from the academy.

"Don't you think it will be better letting it be known that things are getting out of hand here? I mean, most of the clans and other factions that brought their future district hope might have a way to come over and help out," the lady said.

"And do you think the academy will appreciate that? We just have to do our best. Even if the outsiders were to find out that something is going wrong, it shouldn't be from us," the dude said as he stood up, stretching himself. "Time for action."

He knew that this situation was dire, and it was crucial to act swiftly to prevent further chaos. With determination in his eyes, he walked out followed by the lady who think it is not right though .

"you support the second year here, I move towards the outer part to support the first year, remember even though it is crucial keeping them save for the fragile balance, we should no push it, retreat when needed, even us ascendant can be overwhelmed by numbers" the young disciplinarian said.
