"It's late, Sukuna. If you keep making a hell of noise with these trees you'll end up attracting the attention of Sand Ninjas at the border." I turned to see Kakashi sitting on a fallen log.

Considering how relaxed he looks, he's been observing me for a while.

"How long have you been sitting there?"

"Long enough not to ever doubt your bloodline as a Senju," he replied with a simple smile. "Come sit with me. I'd like us to have a little chat."

I looked back at the tens of trees I had destroyed in training and was a bit satisfied with myself. I wasn't tired in the slightest, but turning Kakashi down would be foolish since I also wanted to talk with him.

"What about the others?" I asked, walking up to him.

"They're all fast asleep seeing as it's already past midnight. But you don't look tired. I'm sure if you had the chance you'll keep training till the sun comes up," Kakashi chuckled lightly.

I got to the big log he was sitting on and joined him.

"What's wrong?" he turned to ask after a few seconds of silence.

At first, I didn't know what to say. I couldn't think of a logical explanation for why he would ask me that.

"Nothing. I'm fine."

"You can be honest with me. I've known you since you came into the village and you've been acting really strange these past few days. You keep to yourself more than usual, have these sudden bursts of anger, and a whole lot of things I rather not call out. What's going on?" His eye was fixed on me.

I closed my eyes and tried to remember the recent events that had occurred prior to me occupying his body. Then it all made sense.

"Sensei, can I trust you?" I asked with a low and innocent voice.

"You know you can."

I'm not taking his word for it. Having this talk with him is a big enough risk. The last thing I need is a pretentious back-stabing super ninja as an enemy.

"Give me your hand."

I took his hand in mine and let threads of Cursed Energy bond them together. I looked at Kakashi and it was clear he couldn't detect the Cursed Energy I had his hand surrounded by.

"This conversation will only be between us. You won't tell anyone about anything we'll discuss. No matter how badly you want to or need to. And you'll tell me whatever I ask you to now?" I asked, creating the foundation of the pact I was initiating with Kakashi. There was this suspicious look in his eye, but it didn't take a minute before the idiot consented to a force he didn't understand.

"Yeah, sure."

The Cursed Energy threads slowly dissipated into his hand, leaving the small tattoo of a straight horizontal line.

{Host has successfully formed a pact with Kakashi Hatake. Duration: Unknown}

I ignored the other System windows that succeeded that. The pact was successful. It was a low-level pact but it should work on Kakashi. I actually had my doubts that he wasn't going to fall for it, but he did.

"Why do I get the feeling this has something to do with your mother?" Kakashi raised his brow.

"Can you tell me what led to the extinction of the Senju Clan?" I asked, completely ignoring his stupid question.

The shock was visible all over him. His eye widened, his mouth speechless.

"Please I want to know the truth."

My words were sharp and precise like the blades of a sharpened dagger. What I was asking for was something that by law, he didn't have the authority to tell me. Nonetheless, he was bound by the pact to tell me.

"Sukuna, why do you want to know that? It's a village secret only known by a select few elder ninjas. I can't tell you something so confidential." Kakashi turned away, feigning a serious voice.

"Sensei, I already know what happened. I just want to hear from you. If the Senju Clan was indeed one of the most powerful Ninshu Clans, how did I become the last surviving male? As a member of the Clan isn't it my right to know?"

"I'm sorry Sukuna but the answer is still, no." He stood up to leave but I quickly held his hand. Was it because I asked? Let's try this again.

"You don't have a choice. Tell me what happened," I asked with a tone void of emotion.

I could see the struggle in his eyes to turn away from me but they couldn't. Now under the authority of a pact, there was no going back.

"During the start of the reign of the third Hokage, there was an uprising that threatened to ignite another war." Kakashi let out a breath. "What was even more concerning was the fact that these ninjas had formed a demonic contract with an evil not from this world. All the Sanin ninjas the Hokage initially sent were massacred.

"When the enemy began to cause havoc in the land of fire, the Hokage had no choice but to send out the best ninjas in the leaf to battle them."

"The legendary Senju Clan," I said in a whisper and he nodded.

"Sukuna, he thought they would be able to take down the league of super ninjas, but even they had difficulty in battle. He sent out 20,000 Senju ninjas, but when the mission was done, only 12 returned, at the near point of death. That was the genesis of the fall of the Senju Clan." Kakashi turned his head away in shame. "It was a necessary sacrifice."

I stood up, the muscles in my hands bulging out. I actively tried to control my breathing as I paced around.

"I knew it. You leaf ninjas are all scum. After everything the Senju Clan did for you, you still went ahead to send them to a battle you knew would leave them decimated. It was no bloody necessary sacrifice. The Hokage had gotten the perfect opportunity to get rid of the overpowered clan that survived the first and second shinobi wars," I blurted out, clenching my fists.

Just like the Namikaze, Uzumaki, and several other powerful Clans, the Senju Clan was growing too large and naturally oppressed the smaller, insignificant clans so something had to be done to reduce their population. Minato Namikaze's goal was to cut down their numbers in battle. He wasn't expecting the great descendants of Hashirama Senju to be crushed so easily by an army of demon ninjas.

Now I know the side of the coin Konoha is on in this world. They're definitely not the good guys. I am so going to enjoy razing it to the ground.

"I'm sorry," Kakashi said with a remorseful tone. "You are all alone in this world because of a bad decision made by the third Hokage. I'm really sorry. I just want you to understand that as shinobi, it is our duty to protect our village no matter the cost. They didn't die in vain, and with your help, I believe one day the great Senju Clan will rise again."

I turned my back to him. "You're not forgiven. Nothing justifies sending tens of thousands to their deaths, but yes. I will do whatever it takes to repopulate the Senju Clan back into this world," I said over my shoulder.

Only that this time, we won't serve. We shall rule.

He gave me an encouraging smile and then stood up.

"You have my support."

Suddenly, there was a whistling sound in the air, but by the time I sensed it, it was already too late. I turned back only to see a giant shuriken spinning a few inches from me.

"Kamui!" Kakashi shouted.

The shiruken vanished into thin air. I raised my head to him and his forehead protector was no longer covering his left eye. His famous Sharingan was on full display.

"Get ready for battle, Sukuna. We are not alone."

Five ninjas came out from different places around us armed with deadly weapons.

"Who wants to die first?"

...

Sukuna is about to go full Godmode on these fuckers.
