Perseus's skill

Perseus jumped to another one of the frozen bandits before any of them could react and sliced his head off.

It was only when the bandits saw to of there comrades on the floor did they finally react.

The big bandit leader shouted in his loud menacing voice

"GET HIM, I WANT HIM DEAD IN THE MOST GRUESOME WAY POSSIBLE"

The bandit raiders all scrambled to grab the weapons that were littered around the room to attack him.

Perseus smiled to himself as they all started to get there weapons in a hurry. He knew that they had the poison in their systems all that he needed to do was wait.

But as Perseus was walking to the camp he thought about the EXP that the bandits would give if he killed them directly.

He wasn't sure how much EXP he could get from poisoning them but he did know that getting EXP from slaying in person gave you more.

So was this a risk? No not really. Most of the bandit raiders in the room were level 20-25 so in a one on one battle he could win easily. The one risk was the leader, but true to Perseus's assumption the bandit leader waited for his subordinates to do the work.

Besides as he was making the bandit raiders move, their bodies started to spread the body even faster. They were going to die anyways Perseus was just going to try and get more EXP out of it.

He watched amusedly as the bandits charged over to him. He watched them drink the poison so he was able to calculate the approximant timing for when it should kick in.

One of the bandits holding up a rusty axe hollered and rushed toward him. Perseus faced him calmly and unsheathed his sword.

The bandit charged and was only about 3 feet away from Perseus when he suddenly faltered and stumbled on his feet. Perseus took advantage and calmly stabbed his sword on the fallen bandit.

A few more bandits were coming at him except they too were starting to show signs of dizziness tiredness and nausea.

It was too easy, Perseus simply walked through the group of bandits that was slowly collapsing and stabbed them in their vital points. Perseus was like the grim reaper, just strolling through the crowd, with every swing of his sword another bandit would fall to the ground never to stand up again.

Perseus took a stroll throughout the room, cleaning up the remanets of the bandits with ease. The notifications kept on coming in

[you have....]

Perseus quietly sighed to himself. The EXP that he got wasn't as much as he had expected. But nevertheless, he got a level up and Jack got 2.

Perseus was level 31 now and Jack was level 25. It was decent currently. Plus he got all of the loot the bandits dropped and their supplies. He already started to plan on how he could use the resources to use. But a loud thump caught his attention.

He turned his head around to see the large bandit leader slumped up, with his face planted on the table. Perseus could see him still breathing, though it was very labored. Perseus brought up the information he had when he analyzed the bandit leader from before.

[Bandit Leader level 40]

Honestly, Perseus was a bit worried about whether the poison would affect the bandit leader, but it seems the recipe that Boops gave him was very potent. Since it could affect a high leveled person like the bandit leader.

Perseus walked up to the leader and raised his sword to end his suffering. But the bandit leader slightly turned his head and looked at Perseus with hate in his eyes and said in a weak voice.

"our brothers.... will avenge us....."

The bandit closed his eyes at that moment and Perseus brought the sword down.

[you have gained a map of the abandoned mine]

[you have gained an encrypted message]

[you have gained 3 silver]

Perseus started to think about what the Bandit leader had said. If what he said was true then there were more bandits around the place. Which meant more EXP.

But it would take a while to eradicate all of the bandit camps so he needed more manpower. A cough in the corner of the room attracted his attention. He turned his attention to the corner where a crowd of at least 30 young boys was huddling in.

Perseus quickly analyzed them. Boops came in to check on Perseus at that point and with the effect of the system, he was able to more accurately determine who and what they were.

[Young Bandit level 10 (happy) (fearful)]

[Young Bandit level 8 (awe) (fear)]

[Young Bandit level 9 (worship) (gratitude)]

[Young Bandit level 8 (fear) (thankfulness)]

Perseus's brain started to churn as he watched them nervously move around. Perseus was deep in thought and wasn't moving while the rest of the crowd of young bandits nervously shuffled around wondering why the blond person was staring at them intensely.

The awkwardness countied for a bit until Jack walked into the room with his acquaintance Azarel in tow. He gazed at the fearful young Bandits and the intensely staring Perseus. He had a few thoughts but he walked up to the group of Boy and shouted.

"Be thankful, you have just been saved by my master of the silver wings guild"

The entire group started to chatter quietly within themselves at the mention of a guild. Guilds were known to be the civilized version of bandit camps. Even if there were dark guilds they still treated their members as humans, unlike here. Where they had to fight starvation and serve the older bandits every day with no breaks.

A few of the boys looked at Perseus again and shivered in fear. The way he was staring at them was like they were tools. They all instantly thought that he was about to kill them. One of the bolder ones stood out from the crowds and prostrated in a clumsy way. He said in a scared voice

"Sir please don't kill us, we are willing to go to your guild and work for you as your servants"

The rest of the crowd expressed their agreement and waited as Perseus countied staring at them. To be honest, if the young bandits were able to get into a guild then, they could at least be assured of food and a place to stay. So if the scary man who got rid of all of the bandits single-handedly accepted them, they were most likely the ones benefiting the most.

Perseus snapped back to reality when the young bandit started the statement. A notification appeared in front of his head.

[you have a new mission!]

[young bandits hope: rank C]

[You have eradicated a bandit camp, but there are some young bandits in the camp

that were forced to live the bandit life. They now want to follow you]

[Are you willing to let them into your guild silver wings?]

[yes/no]

[rewards: 30 new guild members]

Did Perseus even need to think about it? He looked at them and said solemnly.

"We will take care of you for now, go get your belongings and bring them here"

[you have accepted the mission (young bandits hope: rank C)]

[you have gained 30 new guild members]

[Congradualtions you are the first guild to have 10 members]

[a reward has been sent to your inventory]

[Congradulations you are the first guild to have 20 members]

[Your guild has leveled up]

[updating guild interface]

[you can now check your guild members' status and their locations on the map!]

[if the guild member is an NPC you can check their loyalty (boops added that he could now do it for players)]

Perseus looked at the young bandits that were now celebrating joyfully at Perseus's words.

No, actually he analyzed them again.

[silver wings member (level 10)]

That's right, they were his subordinates. Or as what his master had told him, his responsibility and family.

He stood up and clapped his hands to get the crowd of members' attention.

"Alright strip this place down to the bone, I don't want a single copper coin left here when your done!"

The group of new silver wings all looked at Perseus with respect and happiness in there eyes as they all shouted

"Yes sir!"
