Mark smiled at her and held her kindly as he just waited for her to get herself in order. It wasn't until a few minutes later that Arit finally spoke up.

"I love you, Mark."

Mark smiled.

"Yeah, I know. I love you too."

A blush rose on Arit's cheek, and she wrapped both hands around Mark's waist and pressed her body against his own. When she finally looked up at Mark, he saw that she was now smiling widely.

"You really love me, don't you?"

Arit asked this with a dark blush still on her face, and Mark raised a brow at her cuteness.

"Of course I do. Was there ever any doubt?"

The blush on Arit's face just spread out even more as her hands tightened against Mark's waist and a cute chuckle escaped from her mouth. She shook her head and spoke up.

"No, I just... I'm just really happy. I feel like a new wife."

Mark grinned at Arit's words. He put his hand over her scar and rubbed it gently before leaning down to kiss her.
