On that withered countenance, the blue flame within the pupils was raging furiously. Perceiving that the foe below still pulsed with vitality, it hoisted the rusty, keen blade aloft once more and slashed mercilessly at Selezna sprawled on the ground.

Gazing at the descending sharp knife, Selezna's visage was a blank slate, her strength depleted, powerless to fend off the impending blow.

"Swish..."

Just then, a glimmer of silver flashed by, cleaving through the neck of the undead warrior. A head soared skyward, and the emaciated frame of the undead combatant crumpled feebly to the earth. The sharp knife slipped from its grasp, the pointed tip hurtling towards Selezna below.
