What do you know about the god Hindra?

"Where did you get this information from… vampire?" Geren spoke, his voice sounding a bit triggered.

"Well for starters, we've hunted every one of their bases and been gathering Intel ever since. Two, I did meet the god, except he wasn't anything like I expected, if anything, he looked weak." Raphael replied,

"Ahh, see that's where you are mistaken, that isn't the god Hindra you saw." Geren uttered with a grin on his face.

I was just rooted to my seat, listening to both of them communicate, it's better I don't add my say on the matter when I clearly know nothing about it.

"What are you saying? You think our information is false?" Jeanne chimed in.

"No, not really, I do think you saw the god Hindra, but this god is known to have multiple vessels, as long as her core is untouched, she can simply transfer to a different source…"

"You don't mean…"

"Yes, Hindra transferred seconds before she was killed, one of my men was a spy inside the Higurashi, and apparently, Hindra is currently in this kingdom, taking refuge."

So Geren reports,

But throughout the whole thing, a couple of things didn't make sense to me.

Raphael referred to the god as he, and this wolf man as she, I'm supposed to believe they are different people? Or just a person switching genders.

If they are talking about the same Hindra god Ava spoke to me about, does that mean she's just one of his or her vessels and not exactly like a unique one… and if so, why does he have to stress him or herself so much to get Ava when she/he could easily get the simplest and easiest vessel?.

"The god is roaming about the city?" I voiced out.

"Yes, it is, and I'm betting it wants to continue the Nike project by all means." Replied Geren.

"I take it, you know what the project is about?" Asked Raphael.

"Actually, I don't know the full information, but my spies should be back with more, all I know are the tiny bits i we were able to put together."

As he replied, Geren cleared his throat to continue,

"According to our research, The god Hindra was once the goddess of principles, having the whole Rynquie nation under her control, but she was greedy and heartless, destroying kingdom after kingdom, I have no idea what happened, but she lost her authority and was casted from the ranks of the gods."

I listened carefully,

"Once she was banished and no longer considered a god, her body was that of a human, but her divinity, or so they called it, a magic type that only works only for gods, began to grow rapidly, her human body couldn't handle it.

Her people, seeing her as weak, banished her and fell under the Archon of the god freya, left bitter, Hidra swore revenge on the demons she ruled, but she lacked the power, so she thought of a way to get her divinity back…"

As the wolf man told the story, I was able to pick up on a view points, but I'll keep it to myself for now, and see how this goes,

"Go on." I spoke,

"She found a way to bear a child, a demigod called Tataros, it was a way for her to preserve her divinity and give birth to a vessel she could take over, a vessel that could withstand her divinity and also give her back the authority she lost.

While still in birth, she was able to gather a group of humans, by seducing the king of Orion kingdom, commanding his troops, she wiped out half the population of the demon race, starting a war that lasted for centuries."

'This was the reason for the enslavement of demons?' I thought to myself.

"But she wasn't able to live to see the result, her body gave out, her people were able to put her to sleep, awaiting her awakening when her vessel would have been born, but their goddess didn't awaken, they waited, eventually her vessel Tatarus made a family, and a whole bloodline of the goddess vessels were made but not all of them qualified, that was until recently, when the goddess awakened and the vessel was whole again".

"Oh my~ oh my~, so much information, I can't take this…!" Yelled Raphael behind me, her notes out as she began jotting every word she man was saying.

"So in other words, this god is searching for her vessel?" I asked.

Although I was already able to piece out the vessel in question was Ava, I guess her bloodline came from Hindra.

"Yes, but we don't know where the vessel is, we know it's in this kingdom, Hindra keeps moving from one vessel to another, but none can handle her divinity". Replied Geren.

"Interesting, very good… I'm not going to ask you how you were able to get so much information from them, but it's certain you speak the truth…"

I uttered, my arm out again,

"What is your name wolf man?"

"G-Geren." He replied immediately,

"Geren, you're in luck, continue to give my people the information that they need, and we'll continue to support you in the best way we can.."

"Y-Yes Lord Chaos".

This is good, well, at least for me, this way I'm sure Jeanne will handle the rest and all I have to do is make sure it's the right one and fight the bosses.

And no matter how many times I looked at it, wouldn't it have been better for this said god to try making another vessel?.

Well, this Geru guy did say the information isn't complete, so I'll be waiting for good news, and if it turns out to be badass, it means….

I'll get to fight a god!!!

Nothing is pulling me out when I come face to face with a god, that's the most honored fight a person such as myself could wish for, a battle against an ancient god.

"Good, we are done."

With that I stood up from my chair, Geren immediately standing up right after me.

Slowly, he walked towards my front, his hand stretched forth for a shake before he spoke,

"Here's to a successful partnership."

I stared at him for a while,

"Wish you the same."

And with that, I disappeared, my body turning into dust and dashing out of the room, while the rest of the Black Haven followed behind me.
