start as a thug in ptj verse (lookisme and Questism…)

Synopsis: An ordinary young man on Earth ended up with no explanation in the PTJ verse. He became a secondary character named Hajun Gu after the latter lost consciousness. What will the new Hajun Gu do in this new world opening up to him? Author's Note: I'm finally deciding to write a story based on the PTJ verse and please, I would like your help to correct any mistakes since English is just my second language. Also, this is my second novel, so I have a bit of experience and also the image used for this fanfic is not mine (if the owner wants it I will remove it)

chapter 30: hanju vs johan vs daniel UI (1)

Narrator's POV

"I see it's quite the party here..."

Hanju couldn't help but comment as he looked at Johan standing in front of a blood-covered Xialong on the ground.

"Who are you?"

Samuel couldn't help but frown as he looked at the group that had burst in. He recognized Jerry and Lineman, but the other two were unknown to him.

He could handle Jack while waiting for Johan to weaken Eugen's foundation and the Workers as planned, but the variable that Hanju represents gives him a bad feeling.

"Me? I'm just an employee of Tom Lee's." Hanju calmly replied as he slowly approached Johan, who was standing in front of a Xialong completely covered in blood.

He doesn't know how deep the damage Johan has inflicted on the Chinese man is, but he knows that at this rate, he'll end up killing him.

"I must protect Miss Vivi..."

He couldn't finish his words before receiving a blow to the stomach. This action opened Jerry and Jack's eyes wide.

From their point of view, Hanju isn't a bad guy.

"Why did you do that?" Jack walked quickly before grabbing Hanju's shoulder to turn him around.

"What? You mean my punch?"

"Yes, exactly. He had already lost." Jack couldn't help but be angry at Hanju's act. He literally knocked out a defenseless man.

"Johan wouldn't have gotten anything out of him anyway, and Vivi is behind that door. If we want to bring down Eugen, then we need the data hidden here, not a Xialong as mute as a carp."

Hanju pushed Jack's hand away before turning his attention back to Samuel, who seems to be smirking as he looks at him.

'I'm sure that bastard agrees with me, but I have a bad feeling,' Hanju thought after passing Xialong's knocked-out body.

He sensed an attack coming from behind. Barely a minute had passed since his gaze had crossed that of Samuel Seo.

He dodged by pure reflex and turned towards the culprit. It was Johan. Behind him was Samuel with a sick smile.

It seems he whispered something in his ear.

"You're with them..." Johan whispered with a dangerous look.

Jeongdu Ma wanted to approach, but Jerry blocked his path.

'It seems Samuel told him something to push him to get in my way.'

Hanju slightly furrowed his brow. He knew that if everyone in this room confronted him, it would be annoying.

*clink* sound of belt

"I'm not your enemy, but I'll never back down from a mad dog from Gangbuk ."

As Hanju finished these words, he felt an overwhelming presence. It was an even more frightening feeling for him than Hansu's special training against poison.

It should be noted that he had to eat chicken bitten by a snake during his training period. He should have normally lost his hair due to the extremely unpleasant side effects.

'Why am I remembering that?'

*bam*

A small body was thrown against the wall in front of Hanju and Johan. It was Daniel Park, but the original body.

"Run!!!" he shouted, looking ahead. Hanju could clearly detect fear and panic in his voice.

The feeling of terror that reminded him of Hansu's infernal training came from the direction that "lil" Daniel was looking.

"Shit... this wasn't planned for now."

At that moment, everyone in this room knew they were prey in front of this predator.

*brii* sound of brick

"Johan, I'll settle this misunderstanding later, but for now we need to..."

*bam* The kick that Hanju blocked had clearly broken the sound barrier and had thrown him against the wall.

He remembers that in his past life, Daniel UI always focused on the most dangerous being in the vicinity, and it seems he's considered as such.

*spit* sound of throwing cigarette

"Damn, you destroyed it." Hanju's belt, or more precisely its buckle, was ruined.

At the last second during Daniel UI's attack, Hanju threw a punch in the Kyokushin karate style, using the belt buckle as a makeshift brass knuckle.

'I wanted to damage his heel to reduce his mobility, but... I underestimated the bastard in front of me.'

"Boss!!!" Jeongdu Ma wanted to join him, but Hanju gave him a dark look.

"This is my fight!!! If anyone interferes, I'll kill them." This statement wasn't taken lightly, and it wasn't due to pride.

Hanju didn't know how much Samuel had twisted Johan's mind during the few minutes he had his back turned, he could have even said stupid things before his arrival.

He didn't want to fight while watching his back, it's just stupid.

"Shut up, I'm the one who's going to skin you alive."

Johan attacked Daniel after these words. Hanju smiled after hearing that. Everyone here understood the implications of such words.

It was a three-way fight!!!

...

Uijin Gyeong's POV

"Damn... I underestimated this guy."

At first, I could handle it and I thought we were at the same level.

It was a serious mistake. This guy had just adjusted his level to mine and now, he had sufficiently analyzed my fighting style to let loose.

"If I had known I was meeting a guy with flexibility close to Daniel's (Gangbuk) and strength not far from Jeongdu Ma's, I would have taken my training more seriously."

I got up, stumbling a bit before resuming a fighting stance. I couldn't afford to lose.

Especially not here, I absolutely must surpass myself.

"You have quite the determination, I'll give you that, but you're not in my league." As the man named Ho Hwang slowly approached, I waited for him to get close to feign executing a tackle.

I hate fighting like this, but Hanju has already advised me to use my environment and my instinct against opponents who surpass me in everything.

'You must consider this as your last fight. Put your life on the line and you'll be amazed at what your body can accomplish.' Hanju's words echo.

"Too slow, your trajectory is too predictable..."

While he thought he had dodged me, I threw my jacket at him before grabbing his ankle to execute a grappling move.

*noise*

"Haaa" As he moaned in pain, I bit his leg, tearing off a piece of muscle.

Blood is dripping on me, but that's not my priority right now. I must destroy this leg.

I ignored all his murderous offenses and concentrated all my rage and strength on his leg, or more precisely on his ankle and thigh.

*haaa* panting sounds

"Damn... is this... instinct???"

Hanju mentioned it to me, it's completely different from what he described.

I didn't feel inferior or determined to surpass him, I just saw prey in front of me and it was him or me.

The adrenaline just made me immune to all these poor attempts at liberation, I just continued to destroy his leg and before I realized it, my opponent was knocked out due to excessive blood loss.

I must have damaged the femoral artery.

"Well, well, you've made quite a mess here."

I recognized that voice, it belongs to the blond guy who came to save a certain Daniel.

"You say that, but you're walking around with a kid's toy covered in blood, haha~"

I couldn't help but point out his blood-covered hand. I was thinking that my fight should have attracted a crowd, but strangely no one came.

"Haha, yes, it seems I'm not in a position to give me opinion." After laughing, he held out his hand to help me up.

"...thanks"

It seems that the rest of the Seoul district has its share of monsters. I could now see the carnage outside the place where I had my fight.

As he helps me walk a bit, I couldn't help but wonder if Hanju can beat this blond guy.
