Prologue

"I still remember the day they came... That day my friends and I were all out at this old parking lot, we called it Lots. We were drinking, listening to music all of which we'd done every summer since graduating high school. Our phones blared some strange emergency alert, none of us could have realized that the warning was about our government. Air, Army and Marine forces spread over the country. Ottawa Illinois was no stranger to military members, as it has extensive military service history. On that day however, terror spread throughout the streets and skies. Tanks and boots filled the air shortly before rounds rained into the Northern part of Ottawa."

"The National Guard had been deployed to Ottawa and the surrounding areas in the latest executive order off of the president's desk. The Stars and Stripes still flying over the varies buildings and houses that still believed in the American dream, despite the worst economy in US history. 2021 had presented various struggles for those of us at Lots, but none of us were ready for our own government to attack us. All of us, except one. I'm glad I call him my friend now, otherwise, I'm not sure we'd have made it out of there. His reputation was made at Lots, he is, The Ghost of Ottawa. My name is Pat, formerly Patty-G, now I am the Star-Spangled Overlord, and this is our fight for our home."
