Deafening Freedom

The propeller kicked over with a deafening series of sonic booms. As it tore across the  sky, "The Fine Print" plays over the radio. The Ghost tears over the New World Order ships, hardly a few hundred feet above them, leaving everyone onboard deaf, hitting a whopping six-hundred and seventy-five miles per hour, each sonic booms leaving dents in the ships below.

"Daniel, consider the NWO fleet immobilized for the time being. I'm returning to Washington D.C, have everyone ready for a briefing once I arrive."

"Copy that sir."

The XF-84H lands and only once the turbine had shut off did the ground crew appear. The Ghost and his team all met in Archive Bunker, where Liberty Bell was getting upgrades completely removing all of Leon's coding and backdoor passes.

"Liberty Bell is now the world's only fully autonomous automaton. She now not only battle hardened, but she's fully aware. With the specifications you asked for Liberty Bell has a jetpack with vectoring wings. She's got enhanced mobility but Constitution still has her beat in weaponry."

"What about equipping Liberty with a railgun? The US Navy had developed and deployed a few models successfully. Why not use one or two of those?"

"Currently, there's just not enough power. The nuclear reactor the Japanese built is simply not powerful enough to sustain more and more weapons. We have come up with a reactor discharge attack, but it burns through her attack power."

The Ghost stares up at Liberty.  "What if we switched the control rod material?"

"For what?"

"Americium, radioactive, and strong."

"Yes, so strong it is unstable."

"What other choices do we have? If Leon and Constitution remains unchecked, Liberty will lose, and we will be at a disadvantage."

"Yes, but if we rush her development we will lose because we destroyed her due to our hastiness."

The Ghost sighed then turned to Juno.  "See if you can make my 100 series around from the XF-84H. I want the enemy to fear me before I even arrive."

She set to work, building armor around the terror engine.

Meanwhile, the New World Order leaders in Europe had received word that their fleet has suffered permanent hearing damage.

"Even if we trapped them in another simulation, they find a way out! EVERY SINGLE TIME!"

"You now must see that the Ghost of Ottawa is a problem. He can and does inspire the exact behavior that we are seeking to conquer."

"Yes Leon, we acknowledge that the Ghost of Ottawa is a problem, however, thanks to you failing to mention the Liberty Lurkers, and the fact that they managed to retain control of the Liberty Bell automaton. THEY HAVE THE FUCKING UPPER HAND AND WE HAVE YET TO KILL A SINGLE HERO!"

"Yes, even if we managed to kill a single hero. We need an example, Leon, you will prove yourself by dealing with America. Thanks to the augmented reality, we know that Nazis are on the rise in Germany, and the Middle East need to be swiftly crushed under our heel."

"Agreed, I'll keep the US in check, meanwhile, let's reshape the world as we see fit."
