Effects of Meditations

I looked at my hand and thought about this for a bit. It's all about intent. So, if am to transfer some of it to the girls I should technically teach them from which direction they should approach this meditation.

"I suppose just explanation is not enough."

The more I thoughts about this the more it made sense. After all, where I used to meditate, it were mountain and the atmosphere was right. Not only that, I even did proper prayers since it was required in the temple.

As I said that got up from my pillow and walked over to the pair.

I extended my right hand and on its index finger golden glow manifested.

'Damn, even colouring of this fits perfectly.'  I inspected it before looking at the lady in front of me.

As I said that, she nodded seriously at me. Moments later I touched her forehead and her eyes opened wide.

A gasp escaped from her mouth as she looked shocked.

Right next to him is Golden Dragon King doing the same thing the Prince was doing!

In other words, he is multitasking because he is finding this easy!

"Oh? You done? I was bored so I started doing some exercises." As he said that he used his hand to kick himself off the ground, flip, and land on his feet. His Martial Spirit that moment disappeared and the prince looks changed. 

His brown hair turned blonde almost golden, his height slightly increased and his blue eyes slightly got golden tint.

As Tang Yuehua thought about this the more mad this looked. What kind of training did he put himself through?

"Let's go. It's getting late. We will be back tomorrow." 

The silver-haired girl nodded and got up from the pillow.

The Fourth Prince snorted in amusement it appears to many things happened to this girl in a single day to the point that she forgot that she needs her spirit ring.

'Or does she? Na'er is a Spirit Beast… doesn't she can make her rings like spirit beasts do? Were they called blood rings? Or something like that?' For a few moments, Xue Long had thoughtful look. His senses scanned Na'er trying to sense difference.

'Did Gu Yuena did that extra mile to make sure Na'er is as normal human as possible?' 

'So nice of her. I am going to make sure Na'er extra strong, personality wise as well.' The Fourth Prince thought to himself with a smirk. 

"Hmm? M-My Prince?" The silver head girl asked with an embarrassed look as she felt him patting her head affectionately.

"Don't worry. You did great today. So you deserve some pampering." 

As he said that. This made the girl realise if she tries her hardest in her training he will pamper her more! 

Internally she fist pumped. Igniting her inner Dragon fire.

"Hmm. You do look bigger or is it my eyesight is bad?" I said to myself as I entered my room and saw my pet looking a little bit bigger.

I walked over and picked the golden lion cub and inspected her size.

"Your aura got stronger. You did grow a few years in a single day?" As I said that I inspected the room.

"...The potency of Spirit energy… oh, I see… Heaven and Earth meditation." 

"Those Taoists were lunatics believing that they are the ones who decided balance in the land. But their techniques speak for themselves." As I said that I walked over and took my seat on my huge king-size bed.

Thinking for a bit if this is true then I can use this technique to increase the ageing of Spirit beasts and the herbs! Herbs more specifically.

They were part of the medical baths I used to take when I was practising for the Olympics in my previous life.

So, it's not a stretch to think I can have one of those here.

That Poison Douluo has a whole portion of forest dedicated to herbs!

Well, it's gonna take time until I am going to meet him. But, in meantime, I can test this out.

For a second I smirked I have a brilliant idea! While I thought about this I stroked the fur of the golden lion cub.

Then I slightly changed my position and started to meditate in the lotus position. I need to test this out properly.

Before long she dozed off into a trance similar to his.

The next morning after leaving Na'er with Tang Yuehua I walked to the botanic gardens of the royal palace. 

Since this world is based on Chinese culture. And was in the middle of ancient times. Chinese medicine treatments were very prominent 

So it was not hard to get some basic plant samplings. Like the leaves which accelerator the closure of small external wounds, or roots and ginseng which helps to get over a cold.

After getting these small samples I returned to my room and placed the pots not far from the place where I am going to cultivate.

My progress towards Rank 25 is quite astounding, even with me paying more attention to martial arts than cultivation.

The cultivation session I did a couple of days ago made me 'fill up' around ⅕ of the 'imaginary tank'. 

So yes, when I made that comment to Tang Yuehua that it's not hard, I honestly meant it. 

Once everything was ready I started to meditate the Heaven and Earth style.

I started to pull the energy from heaven and earth into my room.

My actions quickly attracted the attention of my cute golden lion cub who started greedily absorbing those energies.

'Heh, so this is how you got full.' I snorted internally before focusing on my cultivation.

I cultivated around half a day before I stopped and inspected the plants.

"I can sense them being drawn to the energies. But since these plants are small their absorption rate is not that fast." I said that while stroking my chin.

"Well, I can check this later. For now, I need to get some food…"

As I said that I looked at my pet. Once again she was sleeping with drool coming out of her mouth. She was laying on her back. 

It looked like she has fallen asleep with a full stomach again.

"Very un-royal of you. Such behaviour is damaging the image I have for your species… hmm, what was her name?

…

Oh, right! Wang Qui'er. She was quite the regal."

As I thought about then I looked at this cat. If my memory was right that Lion was around 15 thousand years old when the plot happened.

'Is this her? Well, I am off around 5 thousand years. But then again that lion has golden dragon blood. Maybe my speed increased the appearance of that lion?

Well, we will see… for now I need some food.'

Very quickly my mind switched and started to think about more important things. Like food!
