A pool of black energy suddenly emerged out of nowhere, with a mucky slimy texture that danced in the air.
It wrapped itself around Legris' waving hand, swallowing the fragment he held in his hand within a fraction of a second.
One moment it was present, the next it was as if it never existed to begin with.
"All that's left is to take care of the trash. They'll be dead eventually anyway. Might as well do them the favour of kicking their buckets."
