CHAPTER 1: Enchanting Encounter

Victoria, Victoria, come on now! It is time to get dressed. We can not keep the night waiting!'' But, ohh no, when she finally emerges, she is wearing an… umm, let's just say less thank flattering dress. Her friends Vivian and Belle exchanged worried glances, realizing they needed to step in.

''Ditch that dress, Vic!'' They exclaimed.

"We are not letting you go out like that. Who knows you might encounter the love of your life and the bones of your bones tonight" said Belle.

"Can you stop saying nonsense guys. What is wrong with my dress?" Victoria asked

"A lot of things" said Vivian

"Listen to me Tori, today we are determined to make you shine and not just any shine but shining sexily" said Belle

"What are you guys even saying" Victoria asked

"Vic, common, go inside and let's get you a dress" Belle said.

"Fine, fine, I will go and change." Said Victoria

Then they dragged her into the closet and started browsing through the rack of clothes.

And then they discover a stunning red dress that seems to radiate confidence and allure, they knew at that moment that, that was the dress of the night.

"Perfect" said Vivian. Bell nodded in agreement

Then they handed the dress over to her.

With the red dress in hand, Victoria hesitated for a moment, unsure if she should wear the dress.

"Vic, put on your big girl pants and put on the dress. What are you afraid of?" Vivian asked

"Me? I am never afraid. I just do not know if this is the perfect dress" Victoria said

"It is" Belle answered

Then she agreed with them and went into the bath room to get changed.

By the time she came out side, Vivian and Belle were blown away by her beauty. She was astonishingly beautiful.

Victoria steps into the night club with her friends but you would not notice them. As she steps into the night club, the pulsating beat of the music fills the air, enveloping her in a wave of energy.

The dimly lit room is adorned with vibrant lights, casting an enchanting glow on the dance floor.

People swayed and moved to the rhythm, lost in the intoxicating atmosphere. With each step she takes, Victoria's heels clicked against the polished floor announcing her arrival.

Her red dress, a beacon of allure, catches the eyes of those around her. Heads turn, conversations pause and gazes linger as she makes her way through the crowd.

Confidence radiates from her every pore, as if she owns the space she walks upon. She carries herself with a magnetic charm, drawing people in her enigmatic aura.

Unbeknownst to Victoria, a pair of piercing eyes follow her every move. Little does she know that the man watching from the vip section was no ordinary stranger, drawn to her like a moth to a flame.

Victoria sits down with her friends and they order for whiskey. "No, that is too strong" said Victoria to Vivian who ordered it.

"It is too much and too strong, Viv. Let's order wine at least.

"No, we are ordering whiskey. We are celebrating your new promotion, remember, at the Blackwood enterprise. Do you know how big that is? That enterprise has so many divisions and it is the best. A little promotion there is like becoming a manager at other peoples company. It is owned by the Blackwood family, so…"

"It is okay Viv. Fine order what you want. Order the whiskey". Victoria interrupted her.

All these while, as they were talking, they did not notice the pair of eyes fixated on Victoria since they entered.

"Alex, Alex, come on, what are you looking at?" Asked Jason

"Can't you see? He is looking at that damsel over there" said Ryan

"I mean look at her. There is something about her, from the way she carries herself to the subtle confidence and a hint of mischief that leaves everyone around her enchanted." Said Alex. The both of them stared at Alex in surprise. "Wow!!" Said Ryan

" I have never heard you talk this much, that too about a female" said Jason.

Victoria agreed to come to this club because she was given a mission. So she did not have too much alcohol. She was set on her target.

Her vampire hunting senses were heightened and she could sense a vampire but she did not know where he was.

She then stood up from her seat and went to the vip section. Then she starts sensing vampire powers and then…
