Hunt

Early in the morning, I opened my eyes and saw that on top of each plant there were dewdrops making the scenery beautiful. After admiring its beauty for a while I ate some fruits to recover my energy. I saw the quietness of the forest was broken by the sound of some monster that was passing by.

The warm and quiet atmosphere was broken and then I also decided to leave and hunt the monster. Thinking about it walked deeper inside the forest towards the grassland. So while I was traveling toward the grassland area, I summoned a FAERIE FIRE. It was a small wisp of blue flame that revolved around me. As I walked it followed behind me.

I speeded up and I saw the wisp of blue flame also behind me. It made me realize that the speed of Faerie fire might be related to caster dexterity.

While walking suddenly Faerie fire attacked a certain place and then a shadow snake died. It was burnt to charcoal within a minute. The most mysterious thing was that the flames of faerie fire did damage only to its target. The grass and ground didn't show any burnt signs.

Seeing this I decided to try to control the Faerie fire and gave it an order to attack the nearest tree.

The tree was burnt to ashes and seeing this I nodded my head in satisfaction. It's just that while giving a command some extra mana points were consumed. But it didn't affect me much as there was passive skill mana regeneration.

After that, I walked forward and half an hour later I reached the grassland. I looked around and found that I came to an open space filled with different kinds of grasses and also there were small trees.

There were also several monsters. Such as three-eyed sheep, two tails donkeys, etc. I looked around and then finally found the target. In addition, several adventurers were hunting their targets.

As the field was big enough so there was very little conflict.

So I walked towards the one-horned goat and stood behind a small tree and then I began to aim and shot its head. Fortunately, the one-horned goat was eating the grass so it was not on guard and I finally succeeded in a sneak attack.

I dismantled the corpse and then stored all the important things in the space ring.

Then I left the place and walked towards the next target.

The next target was a three-tailed fox. So I crossed the grassland and entered the forest region again. But this time the forest looked a little darker as the sunlight didn't reach the ground, due to the very thick vegetation.

While I was walking, suddenly it began to rain. Seeing this I hurriedly found a temporary shelter. After that, I began to take out the fruit and ate it. Then I drank water and began to absorb the soul that I had killed.

By the time I finished absorbing the soul, the rain had already stopped.

Seeing this I once again began to travel. I also checked my status and found that there were only 15000 more experience points required for tier 3.

It made me feel a little happy.

As I walking, I suddenly spotted a group of three-tailed foxes. Seeing this I looked at them from distance and then climbed on top of a tree and then I followed behind. Fortunately, there were too many trees with branches spreading over a wide range.

While following the three-tailed fox, I encountered several wild monkeys ans birds along the way. At that time I had to avoid them and didn't kill those monsters. As I didn't have the habit of killing the things that are not hostile to me.

In this way, I kept following when I got an opportunity after an hour later. The group of three-tailed foxes suddenly divided and seeing this I followed a lone fox and then when I saw there was no one nearby, I shot an arrow towards its neck.

The three-tailed fox was taken by the sudden attack but it avoided the attack and then used the illusion on Nick.

As soon as I saw the shot was missed, I wanted to fire another shot but before I could shoot at it, the three-tailed foxes looked into my eyes, and then I felt a headache. I felt that this might be a mental attack. Fortunately, my intelligence attributes were high enough to resist the attack. So I shot another arrow and this time the arrow passed through the three-tailed fox's head, directly killing it on spot.

Before it died it had a look of confusion as if saying," how can an ordinary human resist a mental attack".

After killing the fox, I put its body in a space ring and then fled from there. As if I was surrounded by those group of foxes then I would die under their illusion techniques.

After escaping from their territory I once again began to recover energy. After some time my energy had recovered. Then I began to go deeper inside the forest and reached the border of tier 1 and tier 2.

There was only one place where three horn was likely to appear. It was near the waterfall. As these monsters have two or more skills. One of the skills is a wind blade and the other is a water burst. Both are long-range skills. So hunting them requires me to make a trap or I need to hunt them in one shot. Fortunately, these monster doesn't live in groups, but in pairs. If you are lucky enough then you might find a single three-horn rhino.

Next, I speeded up and reached the huge waterfall. I saw below the waterfall there were several three-horn rhinos but they were all in pairs.

As I was thinking about how to hunt them suddenly I saw a tier 2 monster two-tail electric tiger killing a tier 1 three horn rhino.

Seeing this my eyes lit up and then I began waiting for the tier 2 tiger to lower its guard and kill it.
