Struggle with the beast

With a grunt, Chin-yul swung his sword in a wide arc, getting rid of all close wolves before using [Mana Burst]. The skill got him closer to the boss of the dungeon. Calling out [Simba], the winged lion slashed at the mobs following him.

Chin-Yul combined [Critical hit] and [Mana impulse] and lashed out, blade aiming at the vessel's neck.

The large werewolf leaned back, Narrowly avoiding death and brandishing its claws, swinging them with enough force to create small air slashes each time he dodged a claw.

Unfortunately, He couldn't dodge forever. A strike to the side sent him flying back to the others, He straightened in the air, His red appendage flapping in the wind like his cape, concealing any wound he might have gotten from his comrades.

Standing up straight, He narrowed his eyes and started circulating mana inside his body, Manually transforming it into his Shield skill.

ignoring the message for now, he dashed forward again, slicing the few mobs in his way.

He didn't feel any stronger, there were a lot of enemies in this dungeon, it should have given him a boost, so what was wrong?

The werewolf caught his sword...

Obeying his master's command, a giant hand stretched out of Chin-Yul's back, hitting his opponent in the face, knocking it away.

Sending a dagger his way, hoping to paralyze it, since it wasn't a monarch yet, it should be effective.

The Wolf shot up and tried to dodge the projectile coming his way, fortunately for him, It nicked the arm. The wolf stiffened. it would be unseeable for a normal person but it happened, And he took full advantage of it.

With [Mana Burst] he was already in front of the paralyzed opponent, Using [Horizontal Slash] Combined with [Critical Hit].

Snapping out of its paralysis, The wolf rolled on the ground. Looks like he recovered from the status effects faster than any normal monster.

Chin-Yul looked at the severed arm on the ground, and then up at the beast which was bearing its fangs at him.

Raising an eyebrow beneath his helmet, he readied his blade, preparing for an attack. And an attack came.

Opening it's mouth, The beast gathered Mana in front of it.

(Is he using a tailed beast bomb? What is this? Naruto?)

Thankfully, there was no Tailed beast ripoff attack.

A beam of power shot forward, Which was blocked by a mana shield. Using the smoke from the collision, He sprinted forward, his long Sword behind him and a dagger in his other hand.

What he didn't see coming was Cha Hae-In, who somehow, Someway, Was behind the Vessel, In a middle of a swing.

The wolf was focused on him, so what he was about to do would work.

He blinked.

Suddenly he was next to Hae-in, plunging his dagger into the wolf's neck. As Hae-in Slashed at its waist.

It Roared, Enraged. This lowly human had dared in interfere with its battle, because of her, it has suffered severe damage, it would be easy prey for anyone right now.

And that Anyone was the monster that was watching him like a predator, Pushing the Woman behind him.

With strength it had no idea it could produce, the wolf flooded his body with this Mana. Extending it to the cut off limb, Shaping it, Forming a new, better and stronger arm.

His body Started expanding, Muscles straining, getting stronger.

Fur changing colour to grey and eyes flashing red.

With a Roar laced with Mana, it dashed forward.

Even when empowered with Rage, it could only graze the armour that the red warrior was wearing.

With a menacing snarl, The transformed Vessel increased the speed of its barrage.

Creating a double, the both of them crouched low, Delivering an X-Shaped slash to the legs.

The werewolf jumped into a front flip. It sent two kicks to him and his clone, Sadly he was the only one that came out of that counter unharmed.

Suddenly, He found a new appreciation for [Mana Burst].

A giant fireball Ingulfed the beast as he retreated, He looked at the dumbass who just became the new target and sighed.

"What's your problem? Can't you see that thing is strong as fuck?"

Recalling Simba and summoning Abu, He left Fang to look after Hae-in and not come near the fight since he was also a werewolf, the beast might have some effect on him.

Now He just had a suicidal bastard to save.
