A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

From the onset of Project Castellan, one of the major reasons Pantheon decided to act in Bazaar was the rich presence of the important hydrogen isotopes underneath Fort Bedlam.
Bazaar's underground profile shows that it is highly rich in underground water. Unfortunately, most if not all of this water is far too deep underground or obscured by an overly thick aquifer layer of rocks that very little water reaches the surface, making the top soil arid.
Aon and the Alphas believed the former presence of the Chaos Mine underneath Fort Bedlam had a significant influence on the underground water under the Fort.
Much like the abundance of underground water influenced the Chaos Mine to adopt a liquid form, the abundant underground water was likewise influenced by the Mine, thus gaining its chaotic properties.
