A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

"We need fresh blood in the organisation. The new planned independent Intel wing needs people. How's preparation to that effect?" – Korede.
"I'm not too sure. The recruitment arm of Horus was moved under Karma." – Patterson.
Korede shot a look to Temitope who returned a confirmatory nod.
"We figured there was no need for each wing to control it's own recruitment program since we intend to create a new wing dedicated to that. But even then, a branch of the new wing will be maintained under each wing or company to maintain the appearance of working towards their corporate social responsibility. Each wing only needs to give their branch liaison the parameters they want for their recruits and the entire wing will work to deliver on it."
