"Now we just have to wait." Korede said.
"Wait? For what?" – Abdul-Lateef.
"I'm expecting Ouroboros to retaliate after we took out the Emissary. They must know about it by now. We'll stay in Wadiya a few more days and see what they throw at us."
"You don't have to wait. We're here." A voice sounded outside the team's villa.
There was something strange about the voice. It sounded like it was transmitted directly into the ears of the team members in the living room.
It was like the team's telepathy but it also wasn't.
The team expressions became solemn.
Korede signalled Abdul-Lateef with his eyes. The latter went to open the door, pistol in hand.
They saw a man of Asian descent behind the door.
