CH265: OUROBOROS' REACTION, SERPENT'S FANGS
Let's rewind two days prior.
Korede pulled the trigger and put a bullet in Ray Palmer's head. The man fell to the ground dead.
At the same time, in a server room in a secret location, an alarm went off. One of the signals monitored by a computer in the room stopped. An attendant on site checked for the cause and came to a grave conclusion.
He hurried to report to his superior.

Moments later.
A man entered the meeting hall of the Ouroboros organisation. Only the Serpent was on seat. The other seats were empty and their monitors were blank.
The Serpent's face was hidden in the shadows, just like his 'hands' that control the criminal underworld from the darkness.
"Head, we have a report."
