A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world. Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

"Have you considered how such an organisation has survived for centuries? Its members continue to change throughout the centuries, yet it's modus operandi remained the same. How's that possible?" Buchannan asked.
Korede quickly realised.
"There's another entity behind it. One that has remained constant throughout its existence."
"Correct," Buchannan nodded. "The leader of Ouroboros. Known only as the Serpent. No one, not even the members of the organisation, know who he is. We also don't know what his objectives are."
"An unknown entity. Since the 'serpent' has existed for centuries, it's safe to say the power behind it must be very strong to whether the times, especially after two world wars. If so, it's questionable for it to remain quiet for this long."
