It was 7pm when I got to the house to pick Callie up. /"Daddy!/" I heard Maddy yell before I even saw her. She flew into my arms giving me a huge hug. /"What are we doing tonight?/" I sighed. I had figured Callie would have told her that it was going to be just mad her but apparently not.

/"I’m sorry, Giggles. Tonight, it is just me and Momma, okay?/" I Kissed her on the cheek as she stuck her bottom lip out in a pout. /"Don’t pout. We will do stuff tomorrow, I promise./" I watched her eyes light up and she clapped.

/"Okay, momma is still getting pretty./" I laughed at the excitement in her voice.

/"Momma is already pretty,/" I kissed her again as the front door opened. I turned and smiled at Daisy as she walked in.

/"Hey you two./" She smiled. /"You ready?/" She asked Maddy. Maddy looked at me.
