Penalty

"Tell me in detail. All of it."

Those particular words had left everyone in both rooms confused including the detainee. Does he really believe the drug addicts words? Everyone was questioning his question.

The detainee in front of detective Robert was surprised that he tilted his head. Mouth gapping. "You believe them?" One brow raised. Questioning the detective's words.

"No choice, man. So, tell me. I want the detail of him."

He gulped once. His head has already sweating. Opened his mouth, ready to points out all the detail he know about the kid's appearance.

Starting from his physical appearance. From head to toe. Short straight black hair, white but yellowish skin tone and dark colored eye pupils. His height was about five feet four, about one hundred sixty-five centimeters. His face was just like a normal high schooler, but his smile was like a devil.

"An Asian?"

"Maybe."

Robert nodded while blankly stare at nothing for a moment. Then, he turned to the guy again to continue on listening his story.

Then, the detainee continues. He talked about the kid's clothes. White colored shirt on the inside, black colored blazer with yellow ring on the sleeves and black slacks. A full set school uniform. His left hand was casted and he was carrying a red school backpack.

The detainee just told Robert of everything he knows about the kid and what he saw just like the others. That was all he said to the detective in front of him.

"Which school do you think he came from?"

The guy shook his head slowly, telling Robert that he don't know which school. But he said that he managed to take a glimpse of the logo on the kid's blazer. "It was oval shaped. A book opened wide at the bottom, green vines with some flowers in pink and yellow color were all over the vines."

Robert jerked back as he was surprised. "Wow, you got quite a good memory even though you're a druggie."

"No, I'm not. I'm just a homeless who is looking for a shelter."

Robert raised an eyebrow to the guy. "Really? I'm done anyway." He rose up from his seat and stretches his body.

The guy was escorted back to his cell by two uniformed cops just like the others.

"So, you're gonna find that kid they were talking about?" Noah asked him.

"Well, yes. What is it if not finding him?"

Noah and Robert were having a conversation about their case whilst on the way out of the police station to Noah's car. Before entering his car, Noah tapped on his car's roof over the driver seat to alert Robert who was on his opposite.

"Are you sure to do this?" Noah asked.

"I'm pretty sure."

Robert entered the car.

'Thought that I'm the only one who thinks immaturely.' Noah, too did the same, entered the car and started the car's engine. They drove away.

According to the city's record, there were only two high schools with a logo that is almost identical according to the description they got from the detainee before.

One is Brekord City Main Academy and the other one is Kord Suburban Highschool. Two high schools that were located at two different parts of the city. One at the middle of the city and another one at the suburb.

Their first destination was of course the Brekord City Main Academy since it was a high school for geniuses. No one would expect a killer was schooling there since majorities thought that geniuses are all civilized people. So, they do the opposite of the majorities.

Ax was resting his chin on his crossed arm as he was staring at nothing in front of him even though Eric was there all the time.

Was what Eric thought as he stared at Ax for a long moment. Waiting for him to make a move. Both of them had been like that for about ten minutes.

After a long moment doing nothing but staring at the task panel, he released a heavy sigh. 'Thought that it would be easy...' Face on the table.

"You finally moved." Eric blurted.

"Shut up..." He said while face was still on the table.

"Bad mood it seems. What happened?"

He groaned. Refused to tell Eric about the system and what just happened and hour ago.

An old teacher had entered the classroom. The class was starting.

For more than half an hour the class was going on, just listening to the teacher talking had made him bored. He wanted to sleep but he afraid that he might missed the timer. So, he waited till the timer hit 2 minutes. In the meantime, he tried to force himself to focus on the things that the teacher was teaching.

'I think I should get out now.'

He raised a hand to alert the teacher. "Can I got to toilet?"

The teacher nodded, gave him the permission. Then, he continued his teaching.

Ax walked out from the classroom and headed to a restroom nearest the classroom. He got into the last cubicle, sat on the toilet bowl. Waiting for the timer hit zero.

"Ten... Nine... Eight..." The system has started to countdown the seconds. "Three... Two... One... The time is up. Penalty will be given."

'Let's see what it is.' He grinned.

Suddenly, the cubicle was full with checkered pattern that appeared from below and slowly fading away, row by row. From below to above. Until the cubicle and the toilet completely disappeared. Leaving him in a deep forest with the toilet bowl he sat on.

The surroundings in the forest were dark and eerie with only some little sunlight shone through the little gaps between leaves on the trees branches high above him. Sounds of birds chirping and woodpeckers pecking the trees were filling his ears. It was pretty calming at first.

But his easiness did not last long as the system let out a sudden notice.

His thought was disturbed by a sudden shaking. It was getting stronger and stronger as time moves. He could feel that something big is approaching him. Then, he could see it. Inside the shadows of the big trees. A silhouette of a gigantic creature with it's mouth pointed out from the shadow. The gigantic creature slowly stepped out from the shadow of the trees and revealed itself. It's appearance looks like a tyrannosaurus rex with spiky backbones that were pointing out from it's back. It also have horns like a rhino but sharper like a cone. It's size is twice as bigger as a tyrannosaurus rex.

Shivers running down his spines after seeing it. Without thinking much, he ran as fast as he can while gritting his teeth.

'Fish! Fish! Fish! What the fish is that!?' His mind panicked.

The creature roars really loud. Then it starts to chase after it's little prey that was trying to run away. Each step it took, shook up the ground.

Ax was struggling to run was the shaken is so strong and had throw him around for several times.

"Seriously, what the fuck is that!?" He yelled.

- Weighted over 50 tons with big feet to disrupt a prey's movement.

The Tyranicour was getting closer to him. It's mouth was already watering.

Luckily for him, he spotted some trees that were grown pretty close to each others in an array of a straight line.

At the same time, it got close enough to devour him at once as a whole. It opened it's gigantic mouth wide and tilted it's head to eat him.

But, Ax managed to jumped into the gap between the arrayed trees and ducked.

The Tyranicour's missed him by an inch. It's head was too big to fit in the gap and eat it's prey.

"Hahah! I escaped you, sucker!" Ax laughed at him with satisfaction while panting. Unbeknown to him that his loud voice has awaken something as bad as the Tyranicour.

A set of giant eyes were opened behind him. A set of predator's eyes were glaring at him as he was resting. It's strong breath hit his whole back.

Sweats were dripping all over his face as the giant's breath hits him from behind. He gulped his saliva hard and took a look behind. He could see it. Another gigantic creature on all four that was looking at him like an insect from behind.

It was opening it's mouth wide when Ax started to opened his steps and ran. It tries to devour him whole but Ax managed to evaded his gigantic mouth by an inch. Then, he continues his run.

"FUCKING HELL!!!" He yelled at the top of his lungs.

Ax been running and escaping from those gigantic creatures for two hours and fifty minutes. Almost reaching the time for penalty to come to the end. He was currently hiding in between a giant buttress root of a giant tree.

For another ten minutes, he has been lying and hiding there without moving. But in the nick of time, the Tyranicour found him. It stared at him with it's scary gaze and watery mouth. It opened it's mouth wide and shoving it's head towards him who was in between the giant root.

He screamed loud.

Two beeps were rung. "The penalty has ended. The host will be send back to his original location."

Ax's body was covered in red light. Then, he was split cubes by cubes from his feet and dissipating. The tyranicour missed him. It bit off some chunks of the roots.

The next moment, he realized that he was inside the cubicle he was originally at again but without the toilet bowl. A water fountain appears at the toilet bowl's place which now does not have the toilet bowl anymore. His clothes were getting wet as the fountain was showering him. Quickly, he opened the door and ran out. He ran fast to reach his home early. His face was panicked.

Once he reached his home, he entered the house roughly.

Lisa, who was waiting for him on a couch in the living room, saw him entered. Her face was angry at the time. "Leon!" He called for him.

He ignored her call and ran upstairs into the bathroom, slammed the door shut and locked the door. He was holding on his gut. The mirror cabinet above the sink was opened hurriedly and a roll of bandage and was taken out along with a roll of toilet paper and a bottle of salt water.

His left hand that was holding on his gut was soaking in crimson red liquid. It turns out that the beast did not missed him completely. The tyranicour got him on his gut before he disappears.

He pulled up his shirt, revealing the wound on his belly. Luckily, the wound was not so big but pretty deep. Only the tip of the beast's canine got him. But still, blood was flowing out without stopping. The roll of toilet paper was being unrolled and was teared when it was long enough. Then, he wiped the blood on his belly using the toilet paper.

'Shit...' He cursed.

The bottle lid of the salt water was opened. He poured the salt water on the wound to rinse it. He groaned while biting his lips. 

After done rinsing the wound with salt water, he covers the wound with a clean clothes then wrapped the wound with the bandage. Circling the bandage around his body. He cut the rest.

'Damn... My left is still in a cast. And yet, I've received another injury to worry.' He sighed. 'This is sucks.'
