More Than Friends

(The next morning Lynnon wakes up slowly to the first faint sound of Ezekiel's voice. It slowly became more recognizable)

Ezekiel-" Bear~"

(Lynnon groans and turns towards him, laying on his torso. He chuckles and rubs her back)

Ezekiel-" Wake up~"

(Lynnon begins to open her eyes and sees what you'd normally see if you woke up in Ezekiel's room. Wait, WHAT! Lynnon shoots up and looks at the bed, then the room, then at Ezekiel sitting in bed next to her. He was confused at what she was doing. Her face was surprised then she seemed terrified. She backs up without thinking and Ezekiel's expression immediately changes)

Ezekiel-" Hey! Wait!"

(Ezekiel quickly grabs her and pulls her towards him. She became even redder than she already was. He slowly releases her)

Ezekiel-" Watch the edge. You almost fell"

(Lynnon was still wide-eyed)

Lynnon-" I slept here?!"

(Ezekiel confusingly smiles)

Ezekiel-" Um... yeah?"

Lynnon-" W-With you?!"

Ezekiel-" Yes? I mean it is my room"

(Lynnon looks around again)

Lynnon-" Am I dreaming? I mean honestly, I must be unless..."

(Lynnon covers her mouth)

Lynnon-" Wait did I tell you- or maybe you told me?!"

(Ezekiel holds Lynnons hand)

Ezekiel-" Do you not remember?"

Lynnon-" No I remember, I remember I just- I don't believe what's happening right now-"

(Suddenly Ezekiel pulls her close then pins her down)

Ezekiel-" Then please tell me what I told you last night"

(Lynnon gasps)

Lynnon-" Did we do something?!"

(Ezekiel knew what she meant and blushes a small bit)

Ezekiel-" Um... no. Bear do you really not remember?"

Lynnon-" I know... you said..."

(Lynnon begins to talk, unsure because of the shock she was just experiencing. It was blinding her from her memories)

Lynnon-" you said... that you... love... me?"

Ezekiel-" Look at that. Now, what did you say?"

Lynnon-" That... um... I... love you?... too?"

Ezekiel-" See? That shouldn't have been hard to remember since it only happened yesterday but I guess you were just in disbelief"

(Ezekiel leans down and kisses her forehead which only brought back another memory)

Lynnon-" We kissed!"

Ezekiel-" Wow, you must really be in disbelief..."

(Ezekiel chuckles)

Lynnon-" can... mn..."

(Lynnon looks away nervously, still pinned down)

Ezekiel-" What is it?"

Lynnon-" Nothing..."

Ezekiel-" Bear"

(Lynnon looks back up and Ezekiel genuinely wanted to know what she wanted. She glances away while asking her question then looks back while ending it off)

Lynnon-" can we... maybe... kiss... again"

(Ezekiel just exhales then leans down, gently placing his lips on hers. Lynnon slowly closes her eyes and Ezekiel slowly weakens his grip on her wrists. After a few seconds, Ezekiel slowly pulls away and the two of them look at each other)

Lynnon-"...one more..."

(Ezekiel obeys her and gives her what she wants by kissing her again, this time fully letting go of her wrists and interlocking fingers instead. He pulls away the same way and looks at Lynnon again)

Ezekiel-" You're so cute. Desperate for morning kisses"

(Lynnon glances away and Ezekiel leans back down but not to kiss this time. He touches his forehead to Lynnons and smiles)

Ezekiel-" I love you"

(Lynnon responds, embarrassed)

Lynnon-" I love you"

Ezekiel-" Don't be embarrassed. There's nothing wrong with morning kisses"

(Ezekiel pulls Lynnon back up)

Ezekiel-" As I said, it's cute. I'm glad you asked"

(Suddenly Lynnon's stomach begins to grumble. She holds it a bit surprised by it)

Ezekiel-" You're hungry? What would you like?"

Lynnon-" Well... what do you want to make?"

Ezekiel-" Whatever you want"

(Ezekiel gets off the bed and grabs Lynnons hands as he helps her off as well)

Lynnon-" Waffles"

(Ezekiel smiles)

Ezekiel-" Of course. I shouldn't have asked"

(Lynnon smiles too, agreeing with him. They both walk to the kitchen and Lynnon ends up helping a little bit with making the batter. After she pours a little vanilla in it, Ezekiel begins to stir it while they talk a little)

Lynnon-" Ezekiel"

Ezekiel-" Hm?"

Lynnon-" So ya know, since everything out in the open and stuff... w-what are we to each other?"

Ezekiel-" Well I would hope you'd want to be more than friends..."

(Ezekiel looks back at her and she began to blush)

Ezekiel-"...DID you want to..."

(Lynnon slowly nods)

Ezekiel-" Well then it's that simple"

Lynnon-" I'm sorry. I just don't know how this stuff works so-"

(Ezekiel suddenly stops stirring)

Ezekiel-" Are you saying I'm your first boyfriend?"

Lynnon-" I guess"

(Ezekiel becomes ecstatic)

Ezekiel-" I'm quite lucky"

(Lynnon looks up at him and he looked really happy)

Lynnon-" It's not that big a deal"

Ezekiel-" To me it is. That means everything we do together will basically be your first time doing it with a boyfriend. I'm honored"

(Lynnon blushes then cuffs her face)

Lynnon-" Ugh. Why do you have to make me blush 24/7? You're too much to handle"

(Ezekiel chuckles)

Ezekiel-" I'm sorry"

(He then leans down and kisses her forehead)

Lynnon-" Stop it! You're making it worse!"
