Aaron watched the Monster started to make its way forward, swinging its tentacles in a manic pattern. This was the Monster in its first phase, so it hadn't grown properly, but it had a replica of Alec where it formed. After all, it was a perfect replica of the Monster. Alec and Crystet just looked on in shock. Aaron had been doing this while they were still held in place by his Boundless Telekinesis, so they were frightened by Aaron's ability to use multiple skills at once. It took a lot of concentration to do that, right? Not to Aaron. All he had to do was think about doing something, and it'd be done.
The council members began to slowly back away, trying to get themselves to safety, but Aaron called them out on it. "What do we have here? Are the council gods scared of a monster? It's not nearly as powerful as a Demonoid god, and you back away in fear? I really must have overestimated the abilities of the council!" Aaron mocked them, hurting their pride. Not like they had any to begin with. "I honestly thought you'd be able to handle the first form of this monster, but apparently not!"
"Put us down, Aaron. I want to see how I compare to this Monster that I was." Crystet told Aaron, who wasn't against it but looked at Crystet with a confused face. "Like what you did with your Corrupted self, but this time in a physical way." Aaron heard Crystet mutter, and Alec let the pair drop to the floor. "Go wild." Aaron simply replied as Crystet cracked his knuckles. He began walking forward, but the second he stepped within ten metres of the Monster, Aaron decided to make things a little more...interesting.
A black ring of light shone bleakly around the Monster, and the second Crystet stepped inside, his body became physical. He watched as skin, bone and flesh all swirled around Crystet before leaving him the way he was on the planet they had left behind. The one Aaron exploded. Aaron watched a look of surprise light up everyone's face, and he began to explain what was going on. "I've created a circular arena ten meters around Monster. It makes you a physical entity, and it even lets you look like what you did in your previous life. Although, once you leave that area, you return to your semi-physical or non-physical state. Think of it as a fair advantage, and anyone can use it.
[Oh, this just got so much more interesting.] Memica piped up, finally speaking since she had been overridden. 'Memica! Glad to see that you are up and running again!' Aaron responded, causing Memica to chuckle a bit. She was still sounding mechanical, but Aaron could definitely hear more female tones in her voice, so he was glad he called her Memica.
[I was curious about what would happen. I never expected you to go and challenge other gods, but I probably should have guessed that you would.] Memica replied, letting out a sigh. 'Honestly, if I hadn't have been called here, I would have been messing around on another planet.' Aaron responded before paying attention to Crystet again. Aaron watched as Crystet slowly walked forward, his hand slowly becoming wrapped in what appeared to be stars of light. Aaron hadn't seen this before, but he watched as Crystet threw a punch forward, the stars of light impacting against Monster, doing nothing.
"Wishgranter!" Crystet yelled as the stars suddenly exploded in a violent burst of light. Aaron actually had to turn his head so that he wasn't blinded. When he watched the light die down, he saw Crystet standing upright, yet Monster was nowhere to be seen. "What just happened, Crystet?" Aaron asked, to which Crystet replied with a smile on his face. "That was my unique ability, Wishgranter! I got it when I first got up here! When my planet was destroyed." Crystet exclaimed with an excited voice, skipping over the part where his planet exploded.
"Oh? A unique skill, huh? Mine would be almost or all of my abilities, but that seems like a pretty cool ability. What does it do, exactly?" Aaron asked, curious about the ability as everyone else looked on in pure fear. They had no chance of beating that Monster, yet he did it with a single punch. "Once a day, I can make a single wish, and for today, I wished to kill that Monster in a single blow, all of its forms at once. I can't use it to wish for other skills or stuff like infinite strength, but it's still an ability." Crystet responded as Aaron just looked at him in surprise. "So it's the same type of ability as my own, but it's just a weakened and limited version of it? That's insane to think about. A mini-me. This is going to cause so much chaos amongst the god community."
"Wait a second, you have the same ability as me?!" Crystet asked, worried that his uniqueness was non-existent. "Well, in one sense. I can theoretically do anything with my abilities, and I can make anything do something infinitely, like making you spin forever. It's confusing, but basically, your ability is unique in name and effect, while mine is unique in versatility." Aaron explained, letting Crystet calm down for a second. He didn't expect Aaron to have such an ability, but it would explain how he became strong.
"Well, at least now I understand how you became powerful. Let me return the favour. Tomorrow, I want to fight against you. No killing each other, but just some simple sparring. What do you say?" Crystet suggested, as Aaron just smiled with an evil smile on his face. "Are you sure you want to do this? It will end in you losing horribly." Aaron warned Crystet, who just stared him in the eyes, and said one determined sentence.
"Come on. Show me what you're made of."
