Skelengel; Tales Of The Boundless One [Not Updating]

When the universe creates a person, they are bestowed with certain traits that we, as mere humans, are aware of. Sportiness, the ability to work with computers, and creativity are all things we may obtain at creation. However, some of those talents extend far past the mortal realm of flesh and blood. They go all the way to your very soul, and these are the ones that we cannot see. These few are destined to become Boundless. And it just so happens that one was designated to die on the fateful day a new god took sight over the earth. This is the tale of Aaron Stone, the once businessman turned planetary traverser. Aided by himself and his potential, he plans to live out his life with peace of mind. However, the universe has it out for him, and it won't let him ever have true peace. However, someone from behind the shadows controls everything, and they have quite a distaste for Aaron Stone. They will try to make his life a living hell. Everything you read here is an account of something going on in the vast universe. Hell, who knows... It may even be YOU who takes his place in the future. Thunderstorm

Aaron began flying through the air at a slow speed of five meters per second, which was actually slower than his running speed of eight meters per second. He wanted to make sure he wasn't going too fast, but he'd increase his speed slowly as they flew along. "Are there any other directions you want to give me, Seph? I'll just keep flying in this direction if you don't have any other directions." Aaron asked him. "Honestly, there's no other directions that I need to give you until we spot the human capital city. Think of it as a landmark. Once we get there, I'll be able to direct you further." Steven replied, as Aaron just simply nodded his head. There really wasn't much to talk about as they flew, as it would be hard to find something interesting to talk about. Aaron just kept on flying, and after ten minutes, he increased his speed from five metres per second to eight, equalling his running speed. He wanted to get this done faster so he'd have more time to actually design a base in his head. Aaron had decided to make the place where they would live be as comfortable to live in as possible. Nobody wanted to live in an uncomfortable house, and since he had the means and resolve to make his own place, he was going to do it to the best of his ability.

The air almost seemed to fly past them as Aaron increased his speed from eight metres to fifteen, trying to go faster by doubling his airspeed. Crystet noticed this and began yelling at Aaron. "Don't you think you should slow down, Aaron?! Remember, it isn't just you flying!" Crystet yelled at Aaron, snapping him out of whatever thought's he was having. Aaron realised how fast he was going, haven gotten caught up in ideas for the house, so he slowed down, going back to eight metres per second like before. "Sorry, I had gotten caught up in my own thoughts. Don't mind me. I'm just envisioning what our base will look like." Aaron explained, his eyes glowing pink for a second. He did this on accident. It didn't affect his vision, so he didn't even know he was doing it. It was like a weakness. His eyes quickly stopped shining, and his speed was then set to eight metres per second, and it wouldn't change unless he willingly decided to change it.

"Now, is there anything that you guys want to be added to the base? After all, it's where we'd house our items and such. Think of it as our home, as there will be a house on top of it, so we will have a place to stay. I want to hear all of your opinions in a minute. Or at least once we get down to some stable ground. I want us all to have a say in how this house is built. If I were to create it all by myself, it wouldn't really be a place where we'd all be happy living. It'd be strange, no?" Aaron asked, pointing out how he didn't want to decide everything, as that would remove the individuality of the people living there, at least to him. He wanted everyone to have their own section in the place. After all, it's been repeated multiple times that this isn't just his place.

Aaron looked up into the air, only just noticing a thunderstorm closing in above them. "Shit, we may need to go down for a bit, or I could do something about the storm. Which would you guys rather?" Aaron asked, waiting for an answer. "It would be kind of funny to see you completely destroy a thunderstorm. Aaron, I want to see you do something about the cloud, just to see what you'll do." None asked of Aaron, and Aaron just sighed in response. "Of course, you'd be the one to ask me to do such a thing. Fine, watch this." Aaron replied, pointing his finger towards the cloud. A small beam of blue energy shot out of his nail, and once it touched the cloud, nothing happened.

Then an explosion rattled their eardrums as the beam of energy had condensed itself into the form of a ball. Once it had hit the cloud, the shot had stopped moving, and the trail behind it caught up, condensing it into a ball, and after a single second, it exploded due to pressure. Aaron smiled as the group went past the explosion, with Aaron simply asking the following question. "Was that good enough for you?" He directed at None, who began to laugh his eyes out. Instead of crying, he laughed. "Perfect! Absolutely perfect! It's what I expected from you, Aaron! You never disappoint!" None exclaimed. He had just wanted to see if Aaron WOULD do it, and he did.

Aaron simply smiled as they continued flying. It wasn't long before a strange city came into view, but something wasn't right. It appeared to be covered in a strange mist. It wasn't natural, at least in the eyes of Aaron. "Hey, uh, Seph? Would you mind explaining to me what THAT is?" Aaron asked, pointing down at the city. Steven looked down at the city, and his first reaction was as follows.

"What the fuck happened down there? It wasn't like that when I left."

"So, you don't know what's going on down there, do you, Seph?" Aaron asked, just trying to make sure he knew what he was getting himself into. "No, I have no clue as to what that mist is, but it certainly isn't good. We need to drop down and see what's going on, as people could be hurt. Plus, it might be your best chance to establish human relations." Seph pointed out, and Aaron slowly floated downwards, keeping himself moving forwards. He needed to see what was actually going on, as from their height, everything was unclear.

They got closer to the ground and saw people were leaning up against the walls, as the air was thick. He watched them trying to stand up, but they were seemingly unable to.

"What the hell?"
