Skelengel; Tales Of The Boundless One [Not Updating]

When the universe creates a person, they are bestowed with certain traits that we, as mere humans, are aware of. Sportiness, the ability to work with computers, and creativity are all things we may obtain at creation. However, some of those talents extend far past the mortal realm of flesh and blood. They go all the way to your very soul, and these are the ones that we cannot see. These few are destined to become Boundless. And it just so happens that one was designated to die on the fateful day a new god took sight over the earth. This is the tale of Aaron Stone, the once businessman turned planetary traverser. Aided by himself and his potential, he plans to live out his life with peace of mind. However, the universe has it out for him, and it won't let him ever have true peace. However, someone from behind the shadows controls everything, and they have quite a distaste for Aaron Stone. They will try to make his life a living hell. Everything you read here is an account of something going on in the vast universe. Hell, who knows... It may even be YOU who takes his place in the future. Sciat's Return

It took Aaron a second to process what he was hearing, trying to remember where this person lay in his memories, and then it hit him. When he was Corrupted, there was someone he had summoned. A person who had an outward power level that was around fifteen times stronger than his.

"Wait a fucking second...Sciat?! What the hell are you doing here?!" Aaron yelled, scaring the hell out of Seph and None. "You died back when I was Corrupted! How the hell are you here?!"

Sciat chuckled a bit as he smiled towards Aaron. He walked forward slowly, having some fun with this. "Well, here's the thing. In my life, I was a Hero for the Demonoid's. Think of me as the Hero over there, but for humanoid demons. However, when you summoned me, I was pulled from my life to join yours, but the second I died, I was sent back to my planet. I was left with my memories, and something interesting happened." Sciat explained, the area of moving light turning into one of memorial recollection.

"I used what I had learned while around you to complete my quest. I had never been the bravest Hero, but you, Aaron, helped me complete what my life had been created to fulfil. I had killed the Hero King. After I was finished, my body was destroyed, and I was sent up to the Heavens. That is where I met my friend. A Demonoid God is what he had become." Sciat continued, and Aaron couldn't help but wince.

"Uh, about your friend, Sciat." Aaron started before Sciat put up his hand to quieten him. "I know. I watched the match. He fought quite well, considering he was ten percent Boundless. However, just let me see his Soul." Sciat responded as a gold and silver ball of energy floated out of Aaron's hand. Sciat looked upon it in wonder. After all, it was his friend's Soul.

"Wow. So this is what the other gods were so excited about? This Soul which you cloned with a crowd to watch. My friend's Soul. It's so pure. It's like it can never be tainted by anything that comes its way." Sciat commented, taking pleasure in finally seeing the Soul of his now-dead friend. "Thank you, Aaron. At least now I know that he didn't die a painful death, but one of happiness. Demonoid Gods usually have a hard time letting go of their lives, but since you subdued him, that means that he gave his life to you, which is an achievement worthy of someone like you." Sciat finished as Aaron tried to process many things at once. Such as what that Demonoid God could have been thinking.

"Wait, what was your world like? After all, no average person would submit without resistance with simple care. After all, all I did was pat him on the head as he left his Soul in my hands." Aaron asked, confused. "Well, we had to get to this point eventually. People would take advantage of others as much as possible, so you had to be on top while making everyone believe that was your rightful place. My friend was the one who reached the top, so he had become a Demonoid God. He left me just before we got our quest to fight the Hero King. I'm betting he still exists somewhere, but it does not matter anymore. I had to fend for myself, and he was the only person I could call my friend. The other people I met were simply people to me." Sciat explained with a sigh. "However, once you summoned me, I gained one crucial piece of knowledge that allowed me to arrive here. I inherited a skill." Sciat continued as a long katana-like weapon with a blade of two metres appeared in his hand.

"Fantasy Weapon Creation. The ability to create weapons from my imagination or an image. If you were to give me an ancient artefact, I could make a perfect clone of it. It's something I got upon returning to my world, so I can only guess that it was from being around you." Sciat finished, the sword vanishing into thin air. "Well, it makes sense. After all, I'm here with my own version of the ability." Aaron responded, the original Baned Buster appearing in his hand. "This thing is fucking heavy. Nothing I can't handle, but you get what I'm saying. The torque on this blade is nothing to joke about. Catch." Aaron told Sciat, throwing the blade to him.

Sciat caught the blade using both hands, and he fell down due to the weight of it. He wasn't as strong as Aaron physically, so it shouldn't have been a surprise since Aaron himself had called it heavy. Aaron chuckled slightly at seeing this, but he helped Sciat out by lifting the blade off him using Boundless Telekinesis. "See? Heavy." Aaron pointed out, telling Sciat something that he now knew. "Yeah, I can kind of tell that the sword is heavy. How the hell do you even carry that, Aaron? Surely it'd destroy your wrists when you swing it, right?" Sciat asked, and Aaron just chuckled in response.

"Yeah, I no longer use this weapon. I never actually realised how heavy this thing was when I first got it. Maybe it's because I'm stronger when I'm Corrupted, which actually makes a lot of sense." Aaron contemplated before shaking his head. "I've gotten sidetracked. We need to get going. If you were able to find out exactly who we were and manipulate our teleport, you should know what we're doing, right?" Aaron asked as Sciat looked at him in confusion. "What kind of logic is that? All I did was wait until you tried to teleport with the...human? He's unconscious, by the way. Might want to check on him." Sciat responded, pointing out Seph's unconscious body.

"Basically, we're trying to set up a city for monsters. Want to join us in our quest to get citizens?" Aaron asked him, extending his right hand outwards. "Sure. Also, raise that citizen count up by one. You've just brought an old friend to the table." Sciat responded as he took Aaron's hand, and they both shook firmly, a smile on their faces. "This'll be fun," Aaron commented.

"Oh, you have no idea, Aaron," Sciat responded, his smile still on his face.

"You have no idea."
