Visit to an old Neighborhood

it was a neighborhood of apartment complexes that were built a long time ago they were once pretty buildings when they were new but now looked haggard with age,

but people still lived there, it was a what was supposed to be a middle-class neighborhood but things had been deteriorating there ever since before they had come to live there

but it was so-called decent accommodations for those who didn't have a lot of money when they first came to prylea 

everyone who lived here at some point moved on but there were many people who were unable to do better and become long term residents 

the park was a recreational area that had been built here for the residents and nearby community center where the band used to go to be able to practice playing instruments before Daisuke bought them their first ones
