He not only gained his arms back but also got all the four Hokages under his command. But it wasn't easy and definitely not without price. Due to the ritual, Orochimaru has significantly weekend without a perfect body to take over. His chakra levels have dropped quite a bit.

But according to him it was all worth it.

He has improved his control over the summoned individuals. So now he can easily control all the four hokages. Even if Tenten came to ambush him, he can easily deal with her with the help of second and fourth hokages.

It would be interesting nonetheless.
