As Aurora charged forward, sword in hand, she felt a sudden surge of power coursing through her veins. It was as if the very land itself was lending her strength, giving her the power she needed to face her enemy.
With each swing of her sword, she cut through the enemy lines, leaving a trail of fallen soldiers in her wake. But even as she fought, she could feel her strength beginning to wane. Her arms felt heavy, her legs weary, and she knew that she could not keep this up much longer.
Just as she thought she could fight no more, a bright light suddenly filled the battlefield. The soldiers on both sides paused in their fighting, their eyes drawn to the source of the light.
And then, out of the light stepped a figure that Aurora recognized all too well – her mother, the former queen.
