Chapter Thirteen

Athena POV

After my little conversation with Logan, I even became more restless. There must be something in this house that defines Jadennn, if she was part of this mansion it means her room is in here, somewhere I need to find it and know what she really looks like and why Logan says we both looked alike.

The next morning,I rushed to the Kitchen earlier than everyone and sat with the maids who were walkie around, trying to find out more about Jude Ravenwood. I really need to find out more about her.

"Ohh. My lady, you shouldn't be here if you were a little hungry you should have just called for me ". The maid said but all I did was shrugged.

"I am not hungry or need you to cook for me, I want to know where I can find Jadennn's room". I whispered to her but the minute I mentioned Jadennn she looked at me very shocked.

"What?" She asked to move closer to me.

"I need you to show me the room of Jadennn Ravenwood in this house". I said to her for the second time but all she did was shake her head in pity.

"Sir Logan locked it up and hid the key, he didn't even let anyone reach there". The maid whispered to me.

"That's alright but what else do you know about this mysterious Jadennn". I said to her, making her laugh.

"There was nothing mysterious about her, only her death but something is uncanny about everything". The maid said.

"And what's that?". I asked her.

"Miss Jadennn was an exact copy of you". She whispered making me even more confused and curious, when Logan Said it I thought it was all an exaggeration.

"Is she dead?" I asked the maid who chuckled.

"None of us know about that the only thing we know is, Logan was about to marry her and suddenly she vanished and couldn't be found". She said.

"Thank you but one more thing,do you know where I can find her photo?" I asked.

"You can't find it anywhere ". The maid said about to walk away when she stopped in her track

"But, if you can get assess to Logan wallet you would definitely get to see her passport because he never removed it from there". I smiled at her word before she walked out.

Now all I need to do is find a way to get access to Logan's wallet, that would be really hard fir someone who tried to get close to me and I refused, I was about to join the table for breakfast when I looked at all three brother stabbing each other dagger's internally through their eyes contact and Amanda won't stop being clingy.

"Athena, what took you so long we have been waiting for you since forever". Luke said pushing Amanda away and pulling me towards to table to seat.

"Good morning, everyone", I whispered slowly, though they all heard it none of them responded. 

I stared at Logan any little chance I got and continued to wonder why I would look like his fiancee and mostly why us my life suddenly playing off like a movie.

"Athena, Is something wrong? You have eaten anything from your plate since you joined the table". Liam asked but I was speechless, it's not like I can tell Liam that his brother saw his fiancee in me.

"Are you sick?" Luke asked and with that question a huge idea cane to me. I can play sick and get closer to Logan and his wallet access.

"Yes, but I couldn't tell anyone because of I am still not sure of what exactly is wrong with me". I said rubbing my forehead, I stared up to look at Logan he seemed to not be moved by words like Luke who stood up to touch my forehead and Liam who continued to squeeze my palm unflder the table. But he looked very concerned on the face. 

"I would just go to my room". I whispered staring at Amanda with a smile as she won't stop frowning.

I guess this was going to be my day off because all I claimed to be illness was headache which they could easily buy and did not bother calling the family doctor.

It was getting boring for me to stay up in my room and none of them were even bothered to check on me, like they could totally read my mind. I saw Luke entering my room and I quickly covered my body, opening my eyes weakly as he sat besiyme on the bed.

"It's crazy how we took you as our sister so quickly". Luke began stroking my hair, I smiled weakly.

"This is the first time you would be falling I'll since you came to this mansion, I think it was because of the excessive training session you had to pass through ". He said to himself, I continued to stare at the clock on the wall. The day was already running out and Luke had to be the first person to come and check on me.

" I should leave now, Liam also wants to check on you". Luke finally said but he did mention Logan.

"And Logan?" I asked.

"You are so funny Athena, you know he is banned from seeing you". He said before leaving me in distress, that can't happen not after all the stress I had to pass through by lying.

Few minutes after Luke left my room I heard a knock on the door which was clearly Liam.

"Come in". I replied quietly. Liam walked in smiling me.

"Our princess is sick". He said jokingly standing beside me as he placed his hands on my head.

"The temperature seems to get better by the time, I am sure by Tomorrow you would be alright". He added.

"I hope so too, I missed training today because this headache, I won't want it to hinder anything by tomorrow", I said lowly.

" It won't, do you need anything. Its almost time for lunch and you still haven't eaten breakfast". Liam asked but all I did was just smile back at his words .

"I will be fine, when I am hungry I would just get something from the kitchen, it's not like I am a stranger in the mansion ". I said to Liam who nods .

"You are right, I need to be on my way now. Please take good care of yourself". Liam said to me before planting a kiss on my forehead which made me a bit tense to his kindness towards me. I can't believe this same Man is dangerous, there is nothing dangerous about him. Maybe those rumors are just fake.

Now it was time for Logan to come check up on me, if he doesn't come here and I get to meet him face to face I would give him a dirty slap for not giving a darm about me despite my fake sickness, and truly Liamty never came to check on me. I became very hungry and had no choice but to come out of my room.

As I sat on the kitchen counter and ate my sandwich which I made for myself when the maid from earlier came in .

"Miss Athena, were you able to get the photo you needed to see?". She asked me but my mouth was still full so I first chewed the one I had in mouths before talking.

"I couldn't despite what pulled off". I replied sadly, she giggled.

"I am sure they all left by now". I added.

"They did but for a weird reason, Mr Logan is back". She whispered before rushing off, that was a good news to me. I dropped the sandwich on the table abs hurried off to my bedroom as I jumped on the bed and covered myself up.

Just then Logan popped his head in, and I closed my eyes immediately like I was fast asleep.

"She is still sleeping, I think I would have to come back". He said silently to himself, what!!! He can't just leave after coming. I opened my eyes quickly but he was already close to the door.

"Logan". I called weakly as he stopped on the track and turned around.

"Did you also came to check on me?" I asked smiling while he stood there speechless.

"Weren't you sleeping just now? Why is your eyes suddenly so wide opened?" He asked clearly surprised that I caught him checking up on my when I was just about to slip away.

I stared at him for a while, he clearly won't want to come closer and that would be really bad for me.

"And why are you standing there, do you want to still leave after already being caught?" I asked but all he did was chuckle.

"Aren't you scared of me, after all I did. I always wonder how you able to feel free with me" he asked, he was right. When I found out about what he did to me I swore never to be close to me him but here I am again trying to steal something due to my curiosity,or was I just being jealous?.
