(A/N I feel like I owe you guys an explanation or something for not updating, I've just been busy catching up with anime and manga. I have like 20 anime to watch or catch up on and wellover 50 manga to read smh. You're probably wondering how that's even possible, well halfway through 2021 I took a year off from anime and focused on manga. Big mistake.

"Can you see your surroundings very well ?" Mathers

"Yes." I responded From the time of the DNA test Mathers casted a spell and I was transported to a sub dimension copy of the front of the school

It was nighttime, but I could see clearly. Mathers was watching me through a mirror and communicating with me with a small magic circle close to my ear

I was standing on the school lawn, close to the road

I heard a slight noise behind me

It was an eye exam poster being held by a black metal rod twenty feet back from me

"Read the lowest line of letters." Mathers ordered

I successfully read off the letters and the poster disappears and appears ten feet further back this time with a different order of letters

After reading the letters again this process repeats itself until I fail to read the bottom letters over fifty feet away

Next comes a sound test, I could hear soft bells, a spoon tapping glass, then came high pitch whistles

Of course a sent test came next, I hate smelling things but I smelt a combination of various good and bad aromas

Next comes the magic test

A blue crystal appeared out of a magic circle in front of me

"Channel your demonic energy through it then your youki." Mathers

Water poured from the crystal on both energy transfers, also the crystal glowed blue

"That's a normal reaction from both energies. We'll keep trying various crystals." Mathers

Going through earth, fire, and wind crystals; I got normal reactions from each crystal

Next came a yellow crystal

Nothing unusual came from the crystal when I used demonic energy, but after using youki large currents sparked from all over the rock, I took damage but quickly recovered

"Sesshomaru, are you alright ?" Mathers asked sincerely

"Yes, tis but a scratch." I said with a smile

"That reaction shows you have inherited the affinity for lightning that lightning beast yokai carry. We expected this. Let's continue." Mathers

Next came a darkness stone

Unfortunately no cool reactions

That was the last stone

"Grrrr" I heard a series of growls, more than one creature was making this noise

From the front of me came a grizzly bear

From behind me came a tiger, a very musclar one

Lastly from my right side was a lion, of course

"Mathers ?" I asked

"Show me what you got, how do you deal with this ." Mathers

All animals charged at me

I wait.....then at the last second jump over fifteen feet away, the animals stop before crashing into each other and focus their attention on me

I wind my arm back behind me and swipe back in front of me with my light whip, eviscerating the three animals

"Well done. Let's see how you fair against monsters." Mathers

"Monsters ?" I questioned

From the east part of the road 30 foot titans ? s

Start marching after me

It was an entire wave of them, endless like an episode of attack on titans. and they actually looked like those titans too, goofy smiles and all

"What are those ?" Sesshomaru

"Titan spawns." Mathers

I extended my right hand and a green magic circle larger than my body appeared

Combining wind magic with my natural acid poison ability, I turned my acid poison into a fog like gas and fanned the gas into the titans direction

I watched them melt like chocolate on a hot day, it was a number of close to 50 of them

"Ooooooh" Mathers exclaimed

I could feel his excitement from here and almost asked him if he liked what he saw

"Well done again young master Sesshomaru, but let's see how you do when I turn the intensity all the way up

Then all of a sudden a blue- transparent wall appeared out of nowhere and started to move towards me and a health bar popped up above my head

"That wall coming towards you will drain your health bar once you're on the other side of it, fly away." Mathers

"What is this Fortnite ?" I responded

"I need to throw some sort of danger at you, you're so powerful that there's no sort of actual monster I could throw in there to force you to flee, I HAVE to nerf you." Mathers

I summoned my batwings in took to the skies

I could have just flown from Sesshomaru's original ability, but I think the batwings are cool and I'm really good at flying with them.

Flying down the road, I'm eventually led into a city with large buildings

Giant golden rings appear in the sky guiding me through the maze of streets and buildings like a video game (GTA 5 for example)

Rings are also prompting me to twist and turn at certain angles so this must be some sort of mobility test as well

"SCRAAAAWWWW"

Screeches were heard from over the clouds, I was barely flying over the street lights

I could see man shaped ravens, ten of them, descending from the skies positioning themselves to attack me with the big talons on their feet at me

They were descending from behind, but still above me like a hawk about to swipe a fish over a lake

Raising my hand a green magic circle appeared on my palm, (Cyclone), a combination of wind and water magic created a hurricane and ripped the raven men out of the sky and crashing into buildings

A final ring appeared on my right and inside was a portal, I flew inside

Appearing on my feet, my wings were still out though

Looking around I couldn't see "The storm"

Odd shaped buildings everywhere, almost like I was in the Renaissance, but much more advanced in a way. Brick floor under my feet.

"Okay, young master Sesshomaru you're probably wondering where you are currently; this place is named "mage city Europe" there are currently five mage cities in the world this one is in between Germany and France, the only one in Europe. Your objective is to make it to the end of the city, no flight." Mathers

I stretched my legs like sonic and bolted forward

Forget about choosing right or left, I choose to go right through buildings at superspeed

Inside the guidance office

"Interesting, he went through the buildings." Mrs. Savanna said in the room

They were watching Sesshomaru through a magical mirror

With a hurry Mathers started mashing buttons to slow Sesshomaru down because at this pace he would clear the city to fast

Back in MCE

After a few minutes of running, a group of giant red skinned cyclops bigger than even the titan spawns appeared in front of me

I stopped, brought my fist back, magic circle appeared on my knuckles and punched

A great lake sized tidal wave of water knocked some of the cyclops over like bowling pins

I brought my hands up and made a Darth Vader force choke animation

creating tentacles wrapped around theyre necks, and forced them under the water until I felt no more resistance

spreading my hands outward I dispersed the body of water into the air and ran past the corpses of the cyclops

As I continued to run in a straight line through buildings crashing through walls like the hulk, I made sure to glance at whatever I could and noticed how detailed my surroundings were

A large rectangle of space with vendor stands appeared, with a giant black scorpion the size of an corner store appeared

Part of me was frightened and disgusted by the insect like appearance and the freaky legs

the other part of me felt like my blood was rushing from excitement

The Scorpion made it's move first since it had already seen me

It's tail stabbed at me like a giant knife

I jumped left, lifted my hand and blasted the scorpion with demonic energy

Besides smoke the scorpion took no visible damage

The scorpion moved closer to me and this time not only tried to sting me, but also swipe at me with it's right claw

I dodged to the right of the sting attempt, leaped over it's right claw, and then flanked the monster

'How should I attack this thing, it's shell seems to have a high resistance to magic...I know.' I thought to myself

I run to the other side of the clearing where the monster can't reach me even with it's stinger

(Destructo disk)

Instead of having the destructo disk over my head horizontally, I summoned the disc of energy to the side of me vertically and wait for the scorpion monster to turn around

Making an almost underhanded throwing motion

I send the disc to slice the scorpion right symmetrically in half

The two halves of it fell to the brick floor with a thud

At the guidance room

"This guy's a genius. He seems to be especially advanced with elemental magic." Ms.Pheetris

Mathers slowly nodded while holding his chin

Back in mage city

I look at the building I came out of, line myself up to continue running and take off

After a few minutes of running a portal could be seen in the distance

"What's going on this isn't the end of the city ?" I asked

"Yes, that is the center of MCE making you run through the entire city would be pointless, we've seen all we need to in this time." Mathers

I go through the portal and appear back in a large room in the guidance office

"That was a lot of running." I say while drinking the bottle of water I was given

"Yes, mage city is the size of Texas after all, that was the halfway point you had reached." Mathers

"Well, based on your stellar results we have listed classes your available for. Feel free to take as many classes as you can handle. Mrs. Savanna and Ms. Pheetris, will be taking over from here." Mathers said while walking out of the room leaving just the three of us

Ms. Pheetris handed me a paper

"Well young master Sesshomaru, here are your available majors, check off every box besides the course you plan on taking the rest of the year and we'll send you on your way." Ms.Pheetris

"Young master.....?" I repeated while looking at the subjects

"Yes, young master, I'm going to be honest young master; I have a hard time believing that you are an ordinary low class devil." Ms.Pheetris

I looked up from the paper to her with an eyebrow raised

"Why ?" I asked

"Because look at you, it's not just your power, it's the dignified and noble aura around you. Most devils upon meeting you would assume you're from one of the pillars and you probably are. You said you're an orphan right, with no recollection of parents at all ?" Ms. Pheetris

"Yes I'm an orphan and I have no idea who my parents are, I just remember growing up in an orphanage." I respond

"So you could be a high class devil then." Ms. Pheetris

"Ho-w ?" I started to ask

"It's possible that your father was a high class devil and you are an illegitimate child that he had to abandon." Ms. Pheetris

"MS.Pheetris !" Mrs. Savanna

"That's much worse than my story." Sesshomaru

"Umm, Mr.Tempest-" Mrs.Savanna started

"That's master Tempest to you Mrs.Savanna." Ms.Pheetris

"Just Sesshomaru or Tempest is fine." I tell them

"Sesshomaru, I noticed you didn't use any Youjustu during your test, is there a reason for that ?" Mrs. Savanna softly almost shyly asked

"I'm not too familiar with how to use Youjustu actually, I can use touki, but not Youjustu yet."

"Hmph okay, if you want to tap into Youjustu, I'd advise you to take the course on your selection sheet."

"Okay but there's only intermediate and advanced courses on here. Ooh necromancy !" Sesshomaru

"That's because someone as talented as you, to be this advanced with magic at this age, it would be pointless for you since you should be able to quickly catch up. The basics would be explained in text books that you could go over during free time anyways." Ms. Pheetris

"Exactly, the ratio of learning goes as follows

basic courses are seventy percent theory and thirty percent practical. Each higher level is about 20% less theory and more practical." Mrs. Savanna

"What is the magic formula course ?" I asked

"It's basically magic combat." Ms.Pheetris

February is for the trade deadline, All-star game and the superbowl. Not valentine's day.
