An Unpleasant Attack

Lilian couldn't handle the stress of knowing that Audrey might be in trouble and feeling powerless to help at all.

She had been pacing around the hallway for several minutes, making Joshua dizzy.

"Can you please sit down and calm yourself down for a moment?"

Lilian shot a glare at her butler.

"Calm down? Calm down?! How can I calm down? Audrey is out there somewhere alone and might be in trouble and here I am being humiliated by the Lins, Mings and even the Wangs. And you expect me to calm down?"

Joshua sighed, watching her frantic state.

"Alright, I understand. Care to tell me what happened? And how can I, maybe, help?"

Lilian sighed, looking at Joshua—who looked as if begging her to take a deep breath and think rationally. 

Finally, she nodded and sat beside him. She then took a deep breath before starting to explain what she had heard before Audrey's call was cut off.
