Kurai Tachi is a normal student who just wants to study and do well. Lin Hayashi is his childhood friend and roommate who seems determined to spend the rest of her life playing games. When Lin purchases headgear for a chance to enter the beta of the newest VR game 'Seradeihn', Kurai suddenly finds himself trapped in the game in an Avatar that he doesn't know how to use instead, but not for long. Finding the second dungeon took slightly longer since many of the areas had been flooded and turned into swampland and the land needed time to heal before it would reveal its secrets.

This time they only found it after 7 days and they sent the word out to the other groups who seemed to be quite eager to enter the dungeon, but after the first person that headed in nearly died, the people soon entered the dungeon in groups.

Once again many struggled, but no one seemed to be able to reveal what the test was about, other than the fact that they were visibly angry and irritated with one another when they left the dungeon.

This time, however, Kurai asked Liam and Hozumi to accompany him and they kept a lookout for all symbols as they battled their way through the dungeon until they reached a large circular room whose only light source was four candles.
