"Shit, I ran out of days!" He said as he walked.
When I got to campus, I looked up and there was my mother. "What are you doing here?"
"I came to explain myself to you like you said"
"Now I can't hear you, I'm gonna be late" I said.
She followed me to class, repeating to me over and over "Let me explain." I stood at the door and I said to her "You think things can be arranged with a few simple words, if I want words I read a book. If you want me to forgive you, show me you deserve it."
That day I didn't bring an umbrella and it was raining. I went to look for Brad. I was talking to Amber, I couldn't hear anything. So I decided to go.
Brad didn't have an umbrella either, but we were lucky, Madison showed up.
"Today I'm going to sleep over at Ethan's house, come with me, he will take us by car" Thank you Lord.
In the car, I saw Madison and Ethan kiss. It's the first time I see them kissing. They started talking about their lives, nothing interesting…
"Leslie, what's the matter? You're all the way down" Asked Brad.
I told him that nothing was wrong with me, to which he replied "Remember that your problems are also mine" made me very happy that sentence, no one ever wanted to help me with my problems, so I did not know how it felt. Right after, he took the hair off my face and kissed me.
Ethan and Madison started making noises with their mouths and saying "Long live the bride and groom!"
They're stupid. Brad wouldn't stop laughing, but I was blushing.
When we got home, my mother was waiting wet. I'm surprised to see her there, maybe my father would have given you the address before he died. Brad invited her into our home, we gave her dry clothes and tea.
"What I have to do to make you forgive me? I have no money, I have no strength, I have nothing" My mother said.
"Of course you have money! Dad has left you the company" I answered quickly.
"Your father left me nothing. The company left it to his wife and I was no longer his wife"
I know I was angry with her, but I couldn't leave her like that, she's my mother, so I decided to give her the fortune my father left me. I didn't need her and I want to be the one to get my own money working.
He stayed over that night. He told me he wouldn't bother me anymore, but I didn't want him to stop talking to me so I said, "You can annoy me all you want, you're my mother," my crying mother hugged me and asked me to forgive her.
